In recent years, using HPLC for establishing fingerprint to appraise Chinese traditional medicine and its preparation's quality becomes one of hot spots of Chinese traditional medicine research in China. The Shuang Huang Lian Rejection is composed of Flos Lonicerae, Radix Scutellariae and Fructrs Forsythiael. It has effects of anti-bacteria and anti-virus. According to standard of producing medicines recorded in "Drugs Standard ordained by the Medical Departmentof the People's Republic of China-Chinese Traditional Medicine Preparation (11th Volume)",We developed Shuang Huang Lian Rejection for animal, established its HPLC-fingerprint and carried on the comprehensive control to its quality. This study includes: filtrating simple material, developing Shuang Huang Lian Rejection for animal, the research on stability, in vitro inhibition on bacteria, security and HPLC—fingerprint of Shuang Huang Lian Rejection for animal.1. In the process of filtrating Flos Lonicerae, Radix Scutellariae and Fructrs Forsythiae, we, according to "Chinese Medicine dictionary" (2005 Edition), choosed the content of chlorogenic acid, baicalin and phillynn as the standard to filtrate three Chinese Tradition Medicines refered above. Results indicated the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae from shandong province Pingyi county is the highest, the content of baicalin in Radix Scutellariae from Hebei province Chengde county is the highest, the content of phillyrin in Fructrs Forsythiael from Henan province Lingbao county is the highest.2. We took Flos Lonicerae from Shandong province Pingyi county, Radix Scutellariae from Hebei province Chengde county and Fructrs Forsythiael from Henan province Lingbao county as materials to develop Shuang Huang Lian Rejection for animal. We adopted the traditional preparation Technics, the flocculation sedimentation Technics and the macroporous resin Technics. What's more, the traditional preparation Technics according to the mature Technics recorded in"Drugs Standard ordained by the Medical Department of the People's Republic of China-Chinese Traditional Medicine Preparation (11th Volume)" The flocculation sedimentation... |
