| The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China aimed at the poverty alleviation problem that the people of the whole country are concerned about.It requires the whole party,the whole country and the whole society to concentrate their efforts to comply with the requirements of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation,so as to ensure that under the current standards in 2020,the poor people will be lifted out of poverty and take the cap off.Guangxi,as a large forestry region,looks back on the history of forestry poverty alleviation and has made outstanding achievements in forestry poverty alleviation.However,as forestry poverty alleviation enters the stage of overcoming difficulties and consolidation,Guangxi’s forestry poverty alleviation urgently needs to give full play to the synergy of multiple subjects.Therefore,studying the coordination of multiple entities in Guangxi’s forestry poverty alleviation is the great significance of consolidating the formidable forestry poverty alleviation in Guangxi.The article firstly analyzes the background of the arduous task of poverty alleviation in Guangxi and the premise of abundant forestry resources in Guangxi.It is understood that there is still a certain gap between the current poverty alleviation effectiveness of Guangxi and the planned poverty alleviation goals.The starting point for poverty alleviation choose forestry resources of quality,the fast-growing forest industry economy,etc.Then combined with the conceptual connotation and characteristics of poverty and forestry poverty alleviation,and explored the multi-subject collaborative governance theory,explored the convergence of multi-subject collaborative governance theory and forestry poverty alleviation,and took the above concepts and theories as the main theory supporting the article.Then,it analyzes its effect on the status in the coordination of the pluralistic subjects of forestry poverty alleviation in Guangxi.Starting from the current three models of forestry poverty alleviation in Guangxi,this paper analyzes the problems of insufficient synergy,low degree of synergy,narrow synergy space,and unreasonable resource allocation during synergy among multiple entities in Guangxi’s forestry poverty alleviation,and further summarizes the reasons behind the problems above.The reason is that there are differences in the interests of multiple entities,insufficient policy coordination among multiple entities,and a low degree of smooth communication among multiple entities.Aiming at the reasons for the problems in coordination,combined with the collaborative work of forestry poverty alleviation that has been carried out at nation and abroad,the article provides targeted measures and policies for the coordination of multiple entities in Guangxi’s forestry poverty alleviation,enhances the coordination of interests among multiple entities,and clarifies the coordination of policies among multiple entities.Improve the communication system between multiple subjects,enhance the sense of coordination of multiple subjects,and give more power to the synergy of Guangxi’s multiple subjects,so that poor households can get more happiness and sense of gain in poverty alleviation and development,and smoothly achieve the goal of comprehensive poverty alleviation and long-term Planning objectives. |
