The new agricultural machinery can not only improve the soil condition and increase the yield of soil,but also reduce the loss of non-renewable energy and play a positive role in optimizing the rural labor allocation.In order to change the driving mode of traditional micro-tillage machine,this paper adopts modular design concept based on the key R & D project of Liaoning Province in 2018(2018220024)" Research and Development of Advanced crawler New Energy Microtillage Machine based on Wireless remote Control ".A wireless remote control dual motor driven crawler microtillage machine is designed.The specific studies are as follows:(1)The overall scheme of the micro-tillage machine is to study a miniature agricultural power chassis.The dual-track driving device with superior obstacle-crossing ability is introduced into the chassis design of the micro-tillage machine.At the same time,the related parts are designed and calculated,and the solid modeling and virtual assembly of the whole machine of micro-tillage machine are completed in the three-dimensional software CATIA to ensure its reasonable structure and provide the model basis for the subsequent finite element analysis.(2)The power system parameters of the micro-tillage machine are matched,and the driving system,the lifting system and the rotary tillage system of the micro-tillage machine are matched according to the driving equation,the screw lifting condition and the preset technical parameters of the crawler micro-tillage machine in the Manual of Agricultural Machinery Design.(3)Micro tiller control system design,using wireless transmission module,to achieve micro tiller start and stop,turn control;collect driving motor speed signal,and convert to speed display;in order to reduce the number of loading and unloading of micro tiller rotary tool,use single chip microcomputer to control lifting motor,so that rotary tiller tool for automatic lifting.(4)Finite element analysis and control system simulation,through Workbench static stress analysis of the cutter,cutter shaft and driving wheel of the micro-tillage machine under rotary tillage condition and adding the maximum displacement distribution map,the modal analysis of the engine frame is carried out to obtain the range of natural frequency values,and the solid model,dynamic model and motor control strategy model of the automatic lifting system are established by using Catia,ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink software to realize the joint simulation of the automatic lifting system.(5)The test prototype of the crawler micro-tillage machine is made and the function test of the straight line driving performance and the stability of the turning radius machine is carried out.The test results show that the structure of the crawler micro-tillage machine with wireless remote control is reasonable,the parameters of the power system can meet the power demand,the control system and the parts are safe and reliable,and the functional test results of the prototype meet the design requirements and achieve the expected results.
