In the solar greenhouse,the appropriate amount of carbon dioxide gas fertilizer can promote the growth of crops,and improve the adaptation and regulation of crops to the environment.Carbon dioxide is the main raw material for photosynthesis and plant growth.The carbon dioxide saturation point of most crops is above 1100μL/L,and it increases with the increase of light intensity.From the perspective of crop growth,the suitable carbon dioxide conce ntration of each crop is different,so it is necessary to give the most suitable carbon dioxide for different crops and environmental conditions.In this paper,the diffusion mode of carbon dioxide gas fertilizer is simulated by finite element ANSYS simulation,and a device can be designed to provide carbon dioxide gas fertilizer for greenhouse intelligence,to ensure the growth of crops in the most suitable environment.Through ANSYS finite element simulation analysis,and the specific control scheme is de signed.Mobile phone and computer interface applications as the client,,external Bluetooth service module HC as the server,including microcontroller control circuit and motor drive circuit.The server and client communicate with each other through serial port,and the MCU controller controls the fan rotation by driving air valve.On the application platform,the server side can receive the signal transmitted by the mobile phone,and quickly carry out the on-off function of the air valve and the fan.Using ANSYS finite element simulation of gas fertilizer diffusion model,the closed-loop control of carbon dioxide gas fertilizer was studied.This study uses ANSYS finite element simulation of gas fertilizer diffusion mode,,in the release efficiency,gas fertilizer consumption has been greatly improved.Over the same period,the rate of carbon dioxide released increased by an average of 53% and the consumption of gas fertilizer decreased by about 10%.The designed device can intelligently control the concentra tion of carbon dioxide in the growing environment of greenhouse crops,and provide the most suitable concentration of carbon dioxide and fertilizer for crop growth.This study provides a new idea for improving the fine control of carbon dioxide and fertilizer in solar greenhouse. |
