China.Jiangsu mainly produces fresh grapes,and consumers have relatively high requirements on fruit quality.With people’s increasing needs for a better life,the demand for high-quality grapes has been driving the industrial development increasingly prominent.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the new era has put forward new requirements for the development of Jiangsu grape industry,and high quality has become the new development direction of Jiangsu grape industry.The grape with beautiful appearance,full fruit,bright color,even colouring and suitable sugar content has become more and more popular in the market.How to realize high quality viticulture has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of Jiangsu grape industry.Grape production technology is divided into six technologies:seedling management,land management,water and fertilizer management,pest control and storage and preservation.After grapery completion and variety selection,flower and fruit thinning technique plays a key role in improving grape quality.Hydrophobic flower thinning adjustable number of fruit grain of grape fruit trees,fruit nutrition distribution and clearance,effectively guarantee the grape bunches beautiful,fruit firmness,uniform color,thus significantly improving the quality of grape fruits,seems to increase farmers income,reduce chemical fertilizers and pesticides is grapes,high yield,high quality and high benefit balance of the key.Grape industry development status and cultivation technology upgrade has become an important direction of grape industry economic research.Farmers of high quality cultivation techniques adopted behavior characteristics to improve the quality of the grape industry development has an important theory,this paper conducts in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of Jiangsu grape growers adopting high-quality viticulture technology by following the logical analysis framework of"providing basis--discovering characteristics--testing characteristics" through literature research,field investigation,structural interview and other methods.Through literature research,the development of grape industry in Jiangsu province launches the research current situation and problems,to explore the development scale,the main variety of grape industry in Jiangsu province and regional situation,and puts forward the development of grape industry in Jiangsu province of the opportunities and challenges,for the development of grape growers in Jiangsu province high quality grape cultivation technology adoption behavior questionnaire provide basis;Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,the behavioral characteristics of Jiangsu grape growers adopting high-quality cultivation technology were found,and the internal and external factors influencing the adoption of high-quality grape cultivation technology were put forward.Through structural interviews with typical grape growers in Jiangsu province,the author further verifies the conclusions of the questionnaire survey with an empirical case,and further identifies the internal and external factors influencing the adoption of high-quality grape cultivation technology by growers.It was found that the education level of farmers had a great influence on the adoption of high quality cultivation techniques.The cultivation experience of growers has certain influence on the adoption of high quality cultivation technology.The grapery scale and management level of growers are important factors affecting the adoption of high quality viticulture technology,and the grapery scale and management level directly affect the practical effect of the adoption of technology.The participation and organization of growers is the key factor affecting the adoption of high quality viticulture techniques.The production benefit of adopting high quality viticulture technology is significantly different from that of not adopting high quality viticulture technology.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions for the high-quality
