With Moldova grapes as raw materials, the article studied effect of four treatments of flower thinning including remove forked spica on the shoulder, cut the spica tip, pinch head hydrophobic tail and layered hydrophobic spica on the growth and development of grape berry, fruit quality and blade nutrition. Determined total nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sugar and other index changes on Moldova grape leaves, berry diameter and single grain weight during the whole growth and development, the content of TSS, total soluble sugars, organic acids, vitamin C content, sugar-acid ratio, sucrose invertase and fruit yield of Moldova. Aimed at improving the quality of table grape "Moldova" to find a best plastic treatment. The results show that:1. Different treatments of panicle pruning can effectively improve mineral nutrition of Moldova grape leaf, significantly increase the content of total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of grape leaves. Compared with the contrast, in fruit mature period, the content of total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in grape leaves increase41.13%,31.69%and33.09%respectively with the treatment of pinch head hydrophobic tail.2. Different treatments of panicle pruning will affect fruit size, can effectively promote the fruit enlargement development.3. Different treatments of panicle pruning can effectively improve the fruit quality. There were no significant impacts on TSS and soluble sugar content during fruit mature period, but have a significant influence on organic acids, pigments and Vitamin C. Especially when the treatment of pinch head hydrophobic tail compared with control, the organic acid content decreases15.3%, content of Vitamin C and sugar-acid ratio increase58.54%and24.74%respectively.4. Different treatments of panicle pruning can significantly improve the activity of sucrose invertase. During veraison, the treatment with pinch head hydrophobic tail increase the content of acid invertase, acid invertase of cell walls and neutral invertase by18.91%,9.93%and4.87%when compared to controls.This shows the treatments of panicle pruning can participate in accumulation of sugar and metabolism regulation by changing the activity of sucrose inveertase.5. Different treatments of panicle pruning affect the yield. The treatment of pinch head hydrophobic tail have an significant improvement on yield which increased22.64%.
