Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of modern economy and society,the acceleration of China’s population growth and the increase of the demand for food,China’s land and other resources have been under great pressure.Therefore,a series of serious problems have emerged,such as the excessive consumption of non-renewable resources and the decline in the quality of the ecological environment.China is a large agricultural country.In agricultural production,China mainly relies on the huge input of agricultural products such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides to exchange for food crops.However,the excessive use of agricultural products such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides has brought serious impacts on the living environment.In this context,a series of safe,environmentally friendly,high-quality and efficient substitutes emerged,such as the use of seed coating agents,high-quality microbial fertilizers instead of fertilizers,and biological pesticides instead of chemical pesticides.As an innovation of seed industry,seed coating technology brings huge economic benefits to seed industry and will become the trend of future development of seed industry.Microbial fertilizers are widely used in agriculture due to their environmental friendliness,disease prevention,yield increase and soil improvement.Therefore,more new,safe and effective agricultural products to be developed.This paper discusses the Examination Biological Seed Coating Agent Demonstration and Promotion of A Whole Organic/Green Plant Protection System and Examination Biological Seed Coating Agent on Corn.1.Application of biological seed coat agent on maizeIn this study,three biocontrol strains selected in the laboratory were:Bacillus cereus AR156,Bacillus subtilis SM21 and Serratia XY21 as active ingredients,supplemented with inactive ingredients and made by bio-coating agent technology.The biological seed coating agent coats the corn seed.We evaluate the field-promoting and disease-preventing effect of the new biological seed coating agent on the corn by conducting a field test.The test consists of four treatments:(1)biological seed coating coated seeds+microbial fertilizer"Nanjing Shield " treatment;(2)uncoated seeds+microbial fertilizer " Nanjing Shield "treatment;(3)biological seed coating agent Coated seed treatment;(4)uncoated seed-treatment.This experiment analyzed the effects of four treatments on field growth indicators,yield,quality and soil moisture in maize.The test results show that compared with the treatment(4),the growth index of the treated(1)com is the best in each period,followed by(2)and treatment(3).Compared with the uncoated seed treatment,the biological seed coating significantly increased the growth index and yield of the corn,production increased by 5%,and improved the quality of the corn,organic matter increased by 4%,and also improved the soil.2.Studies on Pesticides Reduction and Enhancing Effect of Chinese Cabbage and Lettuce in GreenhouseChinese cabbage and lettuce are common vegetables in our daily life,and are popular among the public because of their high nutritional value and low price.However,in the cultivation of Chinese cabbage and lettuce,farmers often use a variety of chemical pesticides to control pests and diseases,resulting in quality degradation,soil pollution and other problems emerge one after another.This study innovatively uses biological pesticides(microbial agents)instead of chemical pesticides to study the effects of promoting growth and pests and diseases control on Chinese cabbage and lettuce.Comparing different biocontrol bacteria combination and microbial inoculum products with conventional planting,screening out the better combination of biocontrol agents for promoting the growth and controling pest of Chinese cabbage and lettuce in solar greenhouse.Thereby reducing the amount of chemical pesticides applied,Improving the efficiency of pesticide use.The results showed that compared with the conventional treatment group,the biocontrol bacteria treatment group had a significant effect on promoting growth,increasing the yield of Chinese cabbage and lettuce,improving the quality of Chinese cabbage and lettuce,improving soil fertility.The results showed that the beneficial microbial motivited whole green planting system(BeMMG system),which was formed by the microbial agent"Nanjing Shield",was the best in all treatment groups.The disease prevention effect statistics found that the BeMMG system had better control effect against lettuce sclerotinia than conventional bacteria by 14%higher.In addition,the study found that the beneficial microbial motivited whole organic planting system,the BeMMO system,which is formed by the microbial agent"Nanjing Shield" as the core,is the most obvious in Promoting quality.Additionly,it was found that the biological bacteria can balance the soil pH,reduce the soil salt content,enhance the organic matter content,and improve soil conditions.3.Application of Benificial Microbial Motivated whole Organic/Green plant system on cucumberBeneficial microbial motivated whole organic/green planting system(BeMMO/G system)was applied on cucumber.The microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" was used as the core,and the BeMMO system and BeMMG system were compared with conventional green planting systems.The effects of cucumber on the growth promotion,quality,yield and soil were analyzed.The results showed that the BeMMG treatment group had the best performance in promoting growth and disease prevention.Compared with the conventional green treatment group,cucumber yield increased by 25%,cucumber downy mildew was 32%higher,and biomass increased significantly.The above results indicate that the BeMMG system promotes the synergistic effect.In addition,the study found that the BeMMO system can significantly improve the quality of the crop,compared with the conventional green treatment group,the quality of the cucumber increase by an average of 12%.Additionly,the biological control system can balance the soil pH and reduce the soil salt content.The soil organic matter content of BeMMO system and BeMMG system increased by 29%and 28%,respectively.Improving soil fertility,reducing damage to the soil and pollution to fruits that caused by chemical control.
