This study evaluated the of tomato in Jiangsu province by using bio-fertilizer Nanjing Shield in field. The result of Yangzhou city showed that Nanjing shield could significantly induce two kinds of tomato stem thickening. Increasing contents of chlorophy and yield observed in Nanjing shield treated plants. It can also rised the fruits’quality. In Donghai experiment, bio-fertilizer Nanjing Shield showed a significant biocontrol efficacy (98.27%). It can also promote plant growth effectively.From the trial experiment, we can see that the biofertilizer "Nanjing Shield" which shorts as "NS" can efficiently control Fusarium Wilt disease. It can successfully overcome the continuous cropping obstacle and promote the growth of melon. By this, the biofertilizer "NS" can significantly raise the germination and the yield of melon; it may also improve the quality of the fruit. In the 5 years continuous cropping filed test, we found that "NS" plants wilt disease severity was dramatically lower than that of the control plants, with the biocontrol efficacy up to 81.55%.After sowing for 10 days, the seedling emergence rate of "NS" treated plants are 20.66%to 61.54% higher than the control plants.25 days after transplanted, Muskmelon "Xinjingsweetl" treated by "NS" are more thrive. "NS" treated muskmelon plants height, stem diameter, maximum leaf area are increased in varying degrees, which increased by 57.50%、8.18%、47.16% respectively, leading to 21.02% promotion on yield.45 days after transplanted, "NS" treated muskmelon "Shenggu" plants showed a similar increase in plant height, stem diameter as well as the yield than the control ones. In addition, "NS" treated plants’fruit firmness, soluble solids, soluble sugar contents were higher than the control group. The obtained results are highly encouraging, demonstrated a promising and excellent candidate for the control of Fusarium Wilt of muskmelon under field conditions.Therefore, biofertilizer "Nanjing Shield" after treatment can promote the growth of muskmelon and tomato, and have varying degrees of increase production. At the same time, it can effectively control of Tomato Bacterial Wilt and Muskmelon Fusarium wilt. So, biofertilizer "Nanjing Shield" is not only a good fertilizer, but also can be further developed into a new multifunctional bio pesticide products.
