Quinoa,amaranth family quinoa is an annual dicotyledonous herb,native to South America plateau region,with a strong resistance to salt and alkali,drought and frost resistance and other characteristics.Quinoa is in addition to the buckwheat and barley contains important antioxidant quercetin,galangal,myricetin antioxidant phenolic acid compounds and saponin compounds of natural food source,along with the people of quinoa constantly excavate and recognition of the value in all aspects,international communication increasingly frequent,on quinoa cultivation quinoa has become more and more widely around the world.In most areas of our country have introduced cultivation,planting area is expanding,popular varieties gradually rich.The main research contents of this paper are: The number of potential strains in the endophytes of quinoa seeds was analyzed by plate confrontation method,and the species of the strain was identified by molecular biology;The microbial seed coating agent purchased from The Guangzhou Muen bacterial colony company.It was applied to the production of quinoa.After the microbial seed coating agent was used to coat quinoa seeds,the germination of quinoa seeds was determined by indoor germination test,and the germination of quinoa seeds was evaluated to determine whether the microbial seed coating agent could promote seed germination and whether it was safe for the germination of quinoa seeds;Then through the quinoa potted experiment,to evaluate the effects of microbial seed coat on the morphological indexes of quinoa plants and the physiological and biochemical effects of quinoa;Then through small-scale field experiments,in the field to evaluate whether microbial seed coating agent can promote the growth and development of quinoa,can increase the yield.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Ten strains of bacteria and two strains of fungi were screened from the endophytes of quinoa seeds,which showed the best antagonistic effect of B2 against Fusarium graminearum of wheat;B32 and B51 had the best antagonistic effect on Rhizoctonia cerealis of wheat;B2 had antagonistic effect on Cochliobolus of wheat;B3 has the best antagonistic effect on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum of quinoa.Fungus F16 had inhibitory effect on Fusarium graminearum of wheat、Cochliobolus of wheat、Rhizoctonia cerealis of wheat;F17 showed inhibitory effect on all 4 strains of target bacteria selected in this study.After molecular biological identification,it can be known that: The 10 bacteria were all strains of the genus Bacillus,among which B2,B15,B18,B32,B43,B47 and B51 were Bacillus subtilis,B3 were B.safensis,B4 were B.pumilus and B26 were B.aerophilus.The two strains of fungus F16 were Alternaria alstroemeriae and F17 were A.angustiovoidea.2.Seed coating agent can improve the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of quinoa seeds,improve the vigor of quinoa seeds,promote germination,can promote the growth of the radicle and hypocotyl after germination;Contain bacteria agent PPFM seed coat agent to the germination of quinoa seeds,radicle and hypocoty growth is particularly significant.The second is Trichoderma and Penicillium is relatively poor.3.Seed coat could increase plant height and fresh weight of quinoa in seedling stage,and promote the growth of quinoa plants.The activity of POD and SOD in quinoa leaf increased and the content of MDA decreased with seed coat agent,which improved the resistance of the plant.he seed coat agent that contains Trichoderma agent has the most obvious effect,it is the seed coat agent that contains bacteria PPFM agent next,the effect that contains Penicillium agent is poorer.4.Seed coat agent can improve the field emergence rate of quinoa,and can promote the growth of quinoa plants,make quinoa increased thicker,fresh weight increase,seed coat agent containing Trichoderma agent effect is the most obvious,followed by seed coat agent containing PPFM bacteria agent,containing Penicillum agent effect is poor;By measuring the yield,it was found that the seed coating agent containing Trichoderma agent had the best effect on increasing production.The yield increase rates of youmu and qmu were 29.46% and 31.58%,respectively.The seed coating agent containing PPFM bacteria agent was next,The yield increase rates of you PPFM and QPPFM were 21.91% and 20.50%,respectively;The effect of the seed coat agent containing Penicillium was less obvious than that of the other two agents,The yield increase rates of youqing and Qqing were 2.99% and 2.32% respectively.Microbial seed coating agent to the germination of quinoa,and the growth and development of quinoa later beneficial and harmless,and environmental protection,can be assured to use.
