In recent years,with the improvement of social development and living standards,people on food safety and quality requirements are increasing,but chemical pesticides,chemical fertilizers and other use is very popular,because of the proliferation of the use of these chemical pesticides,a direct result of the development of green pollution-free agriculture is severely restricted.To avoid pollution first,then governance,we should reduce the use of the chemical pesticides and the chemical fertilizers,and have to find an environmentally and friendly alternatives.The main active ingredient of the biocontrol microbial fertilizer come from the nature,with a small source of wide-cost advantages,and their non-toxic,no harm to the environment,so in the twenty-first century,we must develop microbial fertilizer industry,which will provide protection to improve the quality of people’s life.The study of the microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" a consortium of three plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium(PGPR)strains(Bacillus cereus AR156,B.subtilis SM21,and Serratia sp.XY21)can significantly improve the yield and quality of the eggplant fruit and leafy vegetables,as well as for soil-borne disease has good control effect,and showing high value in agricultural production.1 The research of the compatibility between microbial fertilizer "Nanjing shield" and some chemical pesticidesIn the use process of the microbial fertilizer "Nanjing shield" often conjunction with other chemical pesticides to improve the effect,finally the farmers find that the microbial fertilizer does not work.This study determined the current market sales of the pesticide consisting of 7 kinds of pesticides,4 kinds of herbicides,13 kinds of fungicides,1 kind of growth regulators,2 kinds of antiviral agents and 2 kinds of nematicides,with the Bacillus cereus AR156 of the main component microbial agents "Nanjing shield" security.The main test indicator is that setting the pesticides to three different concentrations on the number of viable cells in a certain concentration.The results showed that,in conventional medicine mixture on conditions at 28℃,shake at 200 rpm/min for 12h,the bacteria concentration with insecticide spinetoram,matrine,thiamethoxam,pyrethrins,difenoconazole azole have good compatibility;with fungicides fludioxonil,PTFE difenoconazole,dimethomorph,azoxystrobin pyrazole,pyrimidine nucleoside antibiotics,boscalid,triflumizole,procymidone,picoxystrobin have good compatibility;with antivirals Ningnanmycin,guanidine hydrochloride have good compatibility;with nematicides avermectin have good compatibility.2 Study of the biocontrol and growth promotion of the microbiological fertilizer"Nanjing shield" on four different doses tomatos.This study,the use of the microbial agents "Nanjing shield",0.5 L/acre,2.5 L/acre,5.0 L/acre with different doses and water as a control.A field experiment was carried out on four different tomato varieties.The results show that for a single species of tomato,with the concentration increasing,the growth-promoting indicators conclude height,stem diameter,number of leaves and chlorophyll content when compared to control are increasing,and the production and harvesting are increasing the dose 5.0L/acre was the best.And for yellow leaf curl virus disease occurs during growth,with the increasing concentration the control efficiency increases,the largest of more than 47%.In terms of quality of tomato fruits was significantly higher than that CK of soluble protein,soluble sugar content,soluble solids and vitamin C and so on.With the microbial agents "Nanjing shield" concentration increased,soluble protein,soluble sugar content had a very significant increase at different levels of concentration at 5.0L/acre is the best.In the four tomato varieties the results are similar.This described that no great relationship with the tomato varieties in the application process of the microbial fertilizer "Nanjing shield".3 Study of the biocontrol and growth promotion of the microbiological fetilizer"Nanjing Shield" of leafy vegetables and other crops on greenhouseThe greenhouse leafy vegetables consist in celery,lettuce,and lettuce be treated by"NS"can obtain that Lettuce sclerotinia control effect of 100%after 14 days.Control effect of watermelon wilt disease is more than 88%after 60 days.At the same time the production yield of the leaf vegetables was above 30%in Anhui province.Strawberry frost damage control effect was 42.54%in Xinjian province.Through microbial agents "NS" this study in leaf vegetables,strawberries,watermelons and other crops and from the prevention of art effect,such as research provides the theoretical basis and technical guidance.4 Identification of bacterial soft rot and the green prevention and control of hami melonIn 2014 a bacterial soft rot happened on the Hami melon in Hongze Lake of Jiangsu province.The main symptom is water shaped spot in initial,and later expanded the irregular spot in leaf.In stems the main symptoms is water shape rotting.In fruit,a side is water shape,but when it is serious the whole plant of the melon will be decay.For the purpose of cultivation strains from strain,tieback in Hami melon,can see the symptoms are in complete accord with natural symptoms,and again from the inoculated strain separation to the pathogen.The pathogen of Koch’s postulation and tested for the disease pathogens,finally after 16s rDNA identified as carrots pectin soft rot.This study of planting hami melon in Jiangsu,in the aspect of disease identification and disease control provides a theoretical basis and technical guidance.
