China is a large agricultural country.While developing its industry,the country needs to attach great importance to planting.Vegetable planting industry is developing rapidly and has become an important pillar of the rural industry.Agricultural mechanization in China has reached a relatively mature level from planting to harvesting,weeding and harvesting,but the mechanization of precise sowing of vegetable crops is not perfect.Because of the unique shape and quality of carrot seeds in vegetable crops,it is difficult for traditional mechanical seeders to control the sowing depth and spacing,and there are problems of replaying and missing sowing.In order to solve these problems,the device of air-suction carrot seeder is studied and tested,so that precision seeding can be realized.Aiming at the problem of inaccurate seeding,this paper designs and chooses the parts of the seeder,and understands the structure and performance of each part.On this basis,an air-suction carrot seeder device is designed.The device is mainly composed of chassis,seed metering device power device,fan,gearbox and transmission device.The structure is compact,concise and flexible.The device is simulated by ADAMS,and the flow field in the chamber is analyzed by ANASYS.The theoretical analysis and experiment are synthesized.The specific work is:using ADAMS software to simulate the kinematics and dynamics of the seed metering device,which is the core component of the air-suction carrot seeder.The simulation results show the movement and falling process of seeds in the seed metering device.At the same time,the movement of the whole machine is analyzed,and the force of the device is analyzed.Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the flow field in the chamber of the metering device.The main factors affecting the flow field are analyzed.The pressure and velocity of the fluid in the chamber are simulated.By comparing the pressure distribution nephogram,velocity distribution nephogram and flow vector graph,the effects of different aperture,number of holes,vacuum degree and chamber depth on the flow field in the chamber are compared and analyzed.The test-bed of carrot seeder was built,and the rationality of the design of the test-bed and the influence of different test factors on the seeding were verified by experiments on the test-bed.
