Pneumatic precision seeder is an advanced seeding device,widely studied by scholars at home and abroad because of high efficient,do not harm the seed,do not limit the size and shape of the seeds,but at present,the domestic air suction type seeding machine develops slowly,and the operating efficiency is low.In order to improve the efficiency of seeding machine,must optimize the performance of seeder,improve sowing performance.The platter is an important part of the pneumatic sowing machine,the performance of seed-metering device directly affect the performance of seeder,the paper takes the 2BM-4 seeder of Zhongrong agricultural machinery as the example,combined with the characteristics of the seed drill,established an emulation model of the platoon using FLUENT software,the internal flow field changes were analyzed,the optimal combination is found,reduced the seeding and reseeding rates,it provided the basis for increasing the seeding performance of the seederThe topic studies the variation of the platter airflow field of different hole pattern,bore diameter and lead,according to the simulation results,compare the absorption effect of three different suction holes,straight hole,taper hole,and countersink,taper hole suction works best;compare the absorption effect of three different bore diameter,3.4mm?4.4mm,and 5.4mm,5.4mm works best,but the diameter of the suction hole should match the size of the seed,so the size of the hole aperture of 4.4 mm is the design requirement of aperture;compare the absorption effect of three different lead,2mm?3mm,and 4mm,2mm works best.Conduct field experiment according to the test results,the test results for the field sowing rate was 97.5%,as lead is 2mm,bore diameter is 4.4mm,hole pattern is taper hole;The field sowing rate was 98.8%.As lead is1 mm,bore diameter is 4.2mm,hole pattern isstraight hole;The above data analysis is known,the simulation results are reliable...
