Seeding machine is one of the most important parts related to the performance of seeder and crop emergence rate.Its performance affects the quality of the whole seeding machine.In order to solve the problem of precision seeding and improve the seeding efficiency of ginseng,this paper carries out experimental research and parameter optimization for vibration air suction ginseng seeder.Therefore,in this paper,the seeding process of ginseng seeds is taken as the focus of research.The material characteristics and seed seeding process of ginseng seeds were studied.The research is carried out by means of material performance test,kinematics analysis,seeder bench test and high-speed video camera,and the theory and test analysis of vibratory gas suction ginseng precision seeder is also studied.The main content of the paper is as follows:1.Study on the physical properties of ginseng seeds,The material parameters of commonly used ginseng seeds in Jilin area were measured.The variation rule of material parameters of three kinds of ginseng seeds at different moisture content was analyzed.And the impact coefficient of ginseng and the coefficient of static friction of ginseng seeds were also measured.which provides a theoretical design reference for the research of vibrating air suction seeder.2.Study on mechanical properties of ginseng species,The test mechanical platform for seed mechanics in agricultural laboratories was used to complete the study of mechanical properties.The experiment was carried out by the physical analyzer and the dynamic strain gauge,and the suitable compression fixture was used to compress the complete reference species,and the compressive destructive force was measured,and the relationship between the loading rate and the water content was studied.3.Analysis of the principle of vibration-gas-suction seeding.Through theoretical analysis and computational studies,the effect of seeding distance on seed density,seed diameter,suction nozzle diameter,and pressure at the suction nozzle was derived.Based on the analysis of the agronomic characters of the ginseng planting,the seed was made continuous throwing motion when the throwing index Kp was about 7and the vibration frequency was calculated as 27 HZ but when the actual work was 32 Hz and the effective vacuum degree was 48 KPa.The influence factors such as air velocity and height of suction are calculated and discussed theoretically.4.The research of the vibrating air-suction type ginseng seeder was carried out in the bench test.The experimental platform of the air-suction seeder of Jilin Agricultural Machinery Institute was used,this paper studies the performance test and parameter optimization of the seeding device,and the mathematics model between the research parameters and performance indicators of the seeder was established and the effect of each parameter on the performance index was summarized.Laws,and verify the test bench,theoretical analysis and the results are consistent.5.Application of advanced high-speed camera technology to fully observe the working process of vibrating air-suction ginseng seeder.Through the recorded image analysis,the adsorption state of ginseng seed during the movement process was observed,and the image was studied.The relationship between the seed movement state and the precision and precision of seeding was discussed,and the comparison of the air-suction ginseng seeder was obtained.A reference is provided for the design of ginseng precision seeder.
