Wheat precision seeding technology began in the1970s, this seeding method can saveseeds, improve the utilization rate of water, fertilizer and light energy, make full developmentof the wheat, increase the number of the ear of wheat and increase yields. So it is accepted bymore and more people, and this seeding method has been generalized wildly. With thedevelopment of agricultural modernization, wheat precision seeding technology will becomethe main trend of modern planting technology development.At present, most of the wheat seeders use the completely mechanical control model andseed by the land wheel drive. Because of the complex working environment, the land wheel iseasy to slip, so the seeding effect is not ideal. While air-suction planting machine has manyadvantages such as save seeds, has no damage to seed and higher seeding pace. Beyond that,air-suction planting machine is undemanding to the size of seed, easy to realize Sing-seedpunch planting and has good versatility. Compared with mechanical planter, it has strongtechnological advantages and it will be an important development direction of wheat precisionseeder in the future.This study aims to resolve the deficiency of a kind of precise wheat seeder monomersample with suction and stepless speed regulation that developed by our research group anddevelop a new kind pneumatic seeder precise wheat seeder. In order to improve the deficiencyof mechanical part and complete the construction of the precise wheat seeder, the new designwill use power take-off for agricultural tractors as power source to drive fan and seed sowingdevice to complete sowing operation, and use virtual prototyping technology to finish thedesign of precise wheat seeder. This paper mainly contents the following aspects:Firstly, according to the existing problems and deficiency of the Monomer prototype,improving the structure and deficiency of the seeder through consulting the literature material,Secondly, each part of the wheat seeder was built by using3-dimensional modelingsoftware Creo Parametric, such as seed sowing device, furrower opener, covering device, thedevice of press and transmission mechanism. Then the wheat seeder assembly design andinterference check were done. The virtual assembly process of the corn planter was shown inan intuitive way, which could provide a reference to make the path of physical assembly. Thedesign speed was effectively improved in this way. Lastly, in order to ascertain the load situation of the corn planter’s key parts duringworking process, Creo/Simulate was used to analyze the suspension device. Stressconcentration place of suspension device was found and its broken reason was analyzed.2optimization scheme were put forward and the latter scheme was ascertained for manufactureby comparison. Creo/Mechanism was used to analyze the gearbox, the analysis resultsprovide theoretical basis for the design of the entity prototype.
