It has important implication for improving the soil properties in tobacco yield and output of tobacco by applying combined Biological organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer. A pot and field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different sources and amount of nitrogen fertilizer, different patterns of fertilization on soil nutrients, enzyme activity, growth characteristics and fertilizer use efficiency of tobacco. The study identifies the best tobacco farming fertilizer nitrogen source and biological organic fertilizer nitrogen source, and provides the theory basis to the future production for scientific and rational application of fertilizer. The results were as follows:(1) Compared with other five fertilized treatments, combined application of70%CFNS with30%BOFNS is the most effective enhancer in increasing soil ntrogen, and it works best in improving sustained and sufficient soil nutrient in initial period of growth of tobacco growth.(2) Combined application of70%CFNS with30%BOFNS kept more stable and higher soil enzyme activity than above others in the whole growth stage.Just applying BOFNS increased UA and IA significantly in later stage of tobacco growth; Applying CFNS only increased soil UA and Phosphatas activity in initial period of growth.(3) Under the same N application quantity, the improvement of combined application with CFNS and BOFNS for tobacco growth traits was much better than applying comparing CFNS or BOFNS only. In all the treatments, combined application of70%CFNS with30%BOFNS works best in improving the tobacco growth traits in the middle or later stage of tobacco growth.(4) Compared with other five fertilized treatments, combined application with70%CFNS and30%BOFNS is the best treatment, and it can improve tobacco yield of unit nitrogen source5.39%-15.28%, the fertilizer N use efficiency by3.21%-208.38%, the fertilizer P use efficiency by12.74%-30.60%, the fertilizer K use efficiency by5.53%-92.59%.
