(1)In order to select the appropriate amounts of organic fertilizer and bacterial fertilizer substitution for NPK compound fertilizer and provide the theoretical basis of soil protection and rational fertilization in agricultural production. In this experiment,we will be to explore the effects of partial organic substitution for NPK compound fertilizer on wheat yield and soil fertility in wheat-maize rotation system. We are carried out the experiments in Yuanqu County,Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province. The experiments was consist of CK(NPK compound fertilizer 450 kg + NPK compound fertilizer 300 kg/hm~2),A(NPK compound fertilizer 450 kg + organic fertilizer 150 kg/hm~2),B(NPK compound fertilizer 450 kg +organic fertilizer 300 kg/hm~2),C(NPK compound fertilizer 450 kg + Organic fertilizer 450 kg/hm~2),D(NPK compound fertilizer 450 kg + bacterial fertilizer 150 kg/hm~2),E(NPK compound fertilizer 450 kg+ bacterial fertilizer 300 kg/hm~2),F(NPK compound fertilizer 450 kg + bacterial fertilizer 450 kg/ hm2).The results was showed as follow in accordance with the 0-20 cm soil layers:(1)The partial organic substitution for NPK compound fertilizer treatment will be to improve the content of total nitrogen, alkali nitrogen, available phosphorus, organic matter, the activity of urease, alkaline phosphatase, sucrose and the partial factor productivity of fertilizer compare to the single application of NPK fertilizer treatment in wheat-maize rotation system. In particular,NPK compound fertilizer is best treatment by partial replacement of D with bacterial fertilizer.Yield components and yield of wheat and maize treated with D were an optimal treatment.(2)The partial organic substitution for NPK compound fertilizer treatment will be to enhance soil micro-organisms metabolic activity and community functional diversity. The A was the optimal treatment and the soil rhizosphere niche had higher microbial diversity.(3)Relative abundance of Proteobacterial and Acidobacterial had higher in the partial organic substitution for NPK compound fertilizer treatment than CK in wheat season.Relative abundance of Acidobacteria and Verrucomicrobia had higher in the partial organic substitution for NPK compound fertilizer treatment than CK in maize season.Relative abundance of amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, energy metabolism, lipid metabolism, cofactor and vitamin metabolism and metabolism of heterogeneous biodegradation were higher in all of fertilization treatments.Relative abundance of Ascomycot,Basidiomycota and Ascomycot were higher in A,D and F treatments than CK in wheat season.Abundance of Ascomycot was significantly higher in six treatments than CK in maize seasons.
