| In order to solve the problems such as serious mesh blockage of drum type peanut seed grading device,low threshing rate,high damage rate,and difficult disassembly of shelling concave grid of drum type peanut seed shelling device,a peanut seed grading and shelling integrated machine was designed based on high oleic acid peanuts of Jihua 11 and Jihua 18 planted in Hebei Province.The physical parameters such as three-dimensional size,100 grain weight and elastic modulus of high oleic acid peanut pod and kernel of Jihua 11 and Jihua 18 were measured and analyzed by using grain moisture meter,digital vernier caliper,electronic balance and universal mechanical testing machine.According to the size distribution of high oleic acid peanut pods and kernels in Jihua 11 and Jihua 18,the structural parameters of the key parts of the grading device,such as the diameter and length of the grading roller,the spacing of the roller bars,the diameter of the screw auger blade,and the screw pitch of the auger,were designed.The key parts of the shelling device,such as the striking part of the shelling roller,the shelling concave plate,and the quick disassembly mechanism of the shelling concave plate,were optimized the whole machine design scheme of peanut seed grading shelling machine was determined,and the shelling device prototype was trial produced.Using the fluent module of ANSYS software,the cleaning process of peanut kernel after shelling was simulated and optimized,and the optimal operating speed of fan was determined as 800 r/min.The discrete element simulation model of peanut pod was established by using Inventor and EDEM software.Taking the grading accuracy as the evaluation standard,the experiment was designed by using Design-Expert software,and the grading operation of peanut pod was simulated and analyzed in EDEM software.The grading operation parameters with the highest grading accuracy were obtained as follows:grading shaft speed 60 r/min,screw pitch 170 r/min,the results showed that the feeding rate of peanut pod was 540 kg/h.Taking Jihua 11 high oleic acid peanut as the shelling object,taking the threshing rate and damage rate as the shelling quality evaluation indexes,single factor test and Box-Behnken test were used to analyze the effects of shelling drum speed,shelling spacing and peanut moisture content on the shelling quality of three kinds of shelling devices,including rubber long sleeve,nylon short sleeve and nylon rod.Based on the variance analysis of the test results by using the Design-Expert software,the regression models of threshing rate,damage rate,rotation speed of shelling drum,shelling distance and moisture content of peanut were established,and the optimal operation parameters of the three shelling devices were obtained through double objective optimization.The prototype test of shelling device showed that the shelling quality of rubber long sleeve type,nylon short sleeve type and nylon rod type was better than that of 108k-30 drum type peanut seed sheller. |
