Compared with common peanut varieties,high oleic acid peanut has rich oleic acid content,longer shelf life and excellent oxidation resistance,which is the focus of future breeding and research.Liaoning Province is suitable for peanut planting,but there are still some problems such as insufficient accumulated temperature and uneven precipitation due to its geographical location.In order to enlarge the planting area and improve the quality and yield of peanut,the functions of film mulching of increasing temperature,increasing yield and controlling salt can be used to improve the ground temperature and water conservation.Due to the infinite flowering habit of peanut,the quality of pegs growing in different parts and periods of the same plant is different at harvest.Effects of mulching on physiological characteristics and fatty acid formation of six high oleic acid peanut varieties(Weinonghua 1,Huayu 51,Huayu 52,Huayu 951,H15,Jihua 16)were studied by covering plastic film at the sowing period and marking two batches of pegs growing at the same node at different times.The main results are as follows:1.Mulching increased the main stem height and lateral branch length of high oleic acid peanut,and decreased the difference of plant height among varieties.Generally speaking,the effect of mulching on the agronomic characters of Jihua 16 and Weinonghua 1 was the most significant,followed by Huayu 51 and Huayu 951.2.Mulching can improve the photosynthetic performance of high oleic acid peanut.Before the pod stage,we have seen that the photosynthetic capacity of big peanut was lower than that of small,and exceeded after the pod stage;but after the full fruit stage,because of the early senescence of leaves caused by mulching,the photosynthetic index decline rate under mulching condition increased and was lower than that of bare land treatment at the mature stage,and the decline time of big peanut varieties was earlier and more significant.The WUE of large peanut varieties fluctuated more,and mulching increased the WUE of Weinonghua 1 and Huayu 52 at full fruit stage and mature stage,but significantly reduced the WUE of Huayu 951 and Jihua 16.In general,mulching can improve the photosynthetic fluorescence performance of high oleic acid peanut,and cause premature leaf senescence,which has a more significant impact on the variety of peanut.3.On the whole,mulching can improve the oleic acid content of high oleic peanut,reduce the linoleic acid content of seed kernel,and increase the O/L value.To a certain extent,mulching increased the content of palmitic acid and arachidonic acid in the kernel during harvest,and decreased the content of arachidonic acid,behenic acid and xylic acid in Hanling,but it did not reach a significant level.The significant analysis of the eight main fatty acids in peanut kernel showed that there was a significant negative correlation between oleic acid and linoleic acid,arachidonic acid,behenic acid,wood wax,and a significant positive correlation between linoleic acid and arachidonic acid,arachidonic acid,behenic acid,wood wax.4.Mulching can improve the yield of high oleic acid peanut varieties,and significantly improve Huayu 51 and 3 big peanut varieties,especially Huayu 951 and H15.The yield of big peanut was higher than that of small peanut,and the effect of mulching was more significant.Among the characters,the hundred-pod-weight,the number of branches,hundred-kernel-weight and the kernel percent are the main factors affecting the yield of peanut.5.The comprehensive performance of high oleic acid peanut was promoted by mulching cultivation.Under the condition of mulching cultivation,all varieties were better than that of bare land cultivation,and the varieties of small peanut were Huayu 51 > Huayu 52 > Weinonghua 1.And it can be seen that Huayu 951 and Jihua 16 perform better in peanut.
