Our country is rich in water resources and has a huge agricultural planting area.It is a big agricultural country.However,farmers in most places still rely on their experience to irrigate.The utilization rate of irrigation water is low,the irrigation method is backward,and huge water resources are wasted,the shortage of water resources is becoming more and more serious.Agricultural Irrigation Water is the main branch of National Water Use,as a traditional agricultural country,because of the uneven distribution of time and space,many areas of China still have the problem of drought and water shortage.With the rapid increase of population and the aggravation of urban and industrial water use,agricultural water use is decreasing every year,and due to the current advanced water-saving irrigation equipment has not been widely used in our country,agricultural Irrigation water consumption in China is still very large.It is one of the important tasks of agricultural development in China to make rational use of water resources,improve the utilization ratio of water resources and develop water-saving agriculture.In view of the present situation of agricultural irrigation,this paper designs a set of telecom-telecommunication co-line(power supply and signal transmission on two wires)system by using the new generation two-bus technology POWERBUS,an intelligent control system of water-saving irrigation is designed by combining soil and water detecting device,electric ball valve,Modbus communication protocol and MCGS configuration system.In the whole system,the functional circuits needed by the Master and slave modules are designed,the control program is written and a set of configuration system is built.The intelligent control system of water-saving irrigation is mainly composed of main and subordinate modules of telecommunication,soil moisture sensor,water current sensor switch,electric ball valve,Modbus communication protocol and MCGS configuration system.In the host module of Telecom co-line,the circuit design of the core communication module of the host is analyzed and introduced in detail,and the voltage conversion circuit is designed according to the actual circuit requirements to meet the voltage requirements of the components,equipped with spare power supply module,to solve the problem of power failure can not work.The core communication chip of slave computer is introduced in detail in the telecom slave computer module,and the driving circuit to control the opening and closing ofthe electric ball valve and the detecting circuit of the soil and water flow detecting device are designed with the singlechip of Xintang,at the same time,the selected hardware is introduced in detail.The transmission distance of the whole telecommunication collinear system is also analyzed after the design.In the Modbus communication protocol,the characteristics of the Protocol are introduced in detail,RTU communication mode is selected according to the requirements,the related register address is defined according to the characteristics of each hardware,and two C language control instructions are compiled by using the required function codes,after the simulation test of the relevant software,the effect is good.In the MCGS configuration system,the general process of building the configuration system is introduced in detail,not only creating multiple control and display interfaces,but also creating the irrigation models of corn and wheat,the custom irrigation model can be designed according to the need.The MCGS configuration system has two irrigation modes: Automatic Irrigation and manual irrigation,and displays the hardware status and collected data of the irrigation system in the form of tables and curves.The intelligent control system of water-saving irrigation based on telecom-telecom co-line is designed,which uses two buses to supply power and uses Modbus RTU communication mode to transmit signals,automatic irrigation can be carried out according to the selection of crop irrigation models or the setting of custom irrigation models,or manual irrigation can be carried out according to actual needs.After testing,the function is normal and the aim of water-saving irrigation is achieved.
