Water and electricity are important resources,and agricultural water accounts for more than 70%of the total water consumption.Unreasonable irrigation methods lead to a great waste of water and electricity resources,so it is of great significance to save water and electricity for agricultural irrigation by technical means.In the National Water-Saving Action Plan issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Water Resources,it is proposed to vigorously promote water-saving irrigation,carry out refined management of agricultural water use,strengthen soil moisture monitoring and realize water-based irrigation.Based on power metering,RFID,fuzzy control,wireless communication and other technologies,this paper designs an agricultural irrigation water controller on the basis of full investigation of the demand.The specific work is as follows:(1)According to the needs of relevant policies and actual application scenarios,the relevant performance indicators of the controller are determined on the basis of the demand research,and the overall design scheme of the controller is given.Controller to moisture sensor monitoring,power measurement,flow measurement and other information input,magnetic retention relay,relay module and other components as output actuator,under the control of the core software and related control algorithm,through the controller network remote management,human-computer and card interface realizes the controller field interaction,with water saving,power saving and irrigation equipment protection,can meet the national agricultural water price,electricity reform requirements.(2)According to the overall design scheme,the hardware circuit involved in the controller is specifically designed.The hardware circuit adopts modular structure,including main control module,power supply circuit,human-computer interaction module,real-time clock module,data storage module,power metering module,IC card swiping module,wireless communication 4G module,data acquisition module and control execution module,etc.(3)According to the functional requirements of the controller,the control algorithm and software involved in the controller are designed.It mainly includes the controller electric quantity measuring program,RFID reading and writing program,wireless communication program,water and moisture data collection program,fuzzy control algorithm program,control execution module program,ladder water price program and remote communication protocol.(4)The software and hardware of the agricultural irrigation water controller designed in this paper are tested.The test environment was set up,the test content and standards were established.According to the design requirements and indicators,the electric quantity parameters were calibrated,and the overall function of the controller was tested.The results show that the agricultural irrigation water controller meets the design requirements. |
