China’s agricultural planting area is vast,and farmers have been artificially irrigated by experience,so the water consumption for irrigation has been very large.With the deterioration of the environment in recent years,small rivers and wells in most areas have dried up,so it is extremely urgent to improve the utilization rate of water resources and accelerate the transformation of agriculture.The country has also been calling for agricultural modernization.With the introduction of national policies,more and more technologies are gradually being applied to agriculture,such as intelligent control,Internet of Things technology,and cloud computing.In view of the current form,this paper designs a set of intelligent irrigation system based on PLC by taking Aksu jujube as an example.The main work of this design:(1)The overall design of intelligent irrigation control system,in order to determine the ZigBee wireless transmission medium,PLC as the core processor,configure the touch screen PC intelligent control system.(2)The hardware design of the intelligent irrigation control system determines that the STC89C52 RC MCU is the air environment detection and processing chip,the CC2530 is the ZigBee wireless transmission chip,the Nite LT series CPU224 RLY is the central processor,and the Kunlun TPC7062 Ti touch screen is the upper computer.The relevant control circuit and its associated operating program are designed.(3)The upper computer design of the intelligent control system uses the MCGS embedded version configuration software to complete the design of the relevant configuration interface according to the control requirements of the system,including initial animation,irrigation interface,irrigation data and so on.The communication between the PLC and the configured touch screen is completed.(4)The communication and debugging of the system hardware and software were completed,and the feasibility of the system was verified.The designed intelligent irrigation control system based on PLC realizes the whole irrigation control system by combining PLC technology,ZigBee technology and configuration touch screen technology.It solves the problems of difficult wiring and difficult maintenance in wired transmission through ZigBee technology.At the same time,the intelligent irrigation of the system has improved the precision of intelligent irrigation of jujube garden through the multi-environmental irrigation strategy,which provides a reference for water-saving irrigation in Xinjiang jujube garden and has certain use value.
