| In this experiment, black soldier fly were mainly used to treat agricultural waste and fox raccoon dung in different proportions and different treatments. The purpose is to screen out the best feed formulations for agricultural waste and fox raccoon dung;to study the effects of different feed treatments on the growth and development of black soldier fly;to determine the safety transformed into fox raccoon dung of black soldier fly and insect frass;insect frass as organic fertilizer provides a reliable basis. The test results are as follows:1.wheat bran: fox raccoon dung 1:1 larval body length of treatment group was extremely significantly lower than that of distiller’s grains treatment group, and significantly higher than that of distiller’s grains: fox raccoon dung 1:1,fungus chaff:fox raccoon dung1:1 treatment group(P<0.01);wheat bran:fox raccoon dung1:1treatment group has significantly higher prepupa length than distiller’s grains: fox raccoon dung1:1,Jujube residue: fox raccoon dung1:1,Jujube residue, and fox raccoon dung treatment group(P<0.01);The weight of larvae of wheat bran: fox raccoon dung1:1 treatment group was significantly higher than that of fungus chaff:fox raccoon dung1:1,jujube residue: fox raccoon dung1:1,jujube dung, fox raccoon dung, fungus chaff treatment group(P<0.01);wheat bran: fox raccoon dung 1:1treatment group had significantly higher prepupa weight than lees distiller’s grains :fox raccoon dung 1:1,jujube residue: fox raccoon dung 1:1,Jujube residue, and fox raccoon dung treatment group(P<0.01);the larval survival rate of wheat bran: fox raccoon dung1:1 treatment group was significantly higher than that of fungus chaff:fox raccoon dung1:1,and grain chaff: fox raccoon dung1:1.Jujube residue and fox raccoon dung treatment group(P<0.01);Wheat bran: fox raccoon dung 1:1 treatment group has a significantly higher pupation rate than fungus chaff: fox raccoon dung 1:1 and jujube residue: fox raccoon dung 1:1,jujube residue, and fox raccoon dung treatment group(P<0.01);wheat bran: fox raccoon dung 1:1 treatment group hadsignificantly higher emergence rate than fungus chaff: fox raccoon dung 1:1,jujube residue: fox raccoon dung1:1,jujube residue, fungus chaff, fox raccoon dung treatment group(P<0.01).Fermentation feed treatment significantly affected the insect weight, body length, larval duration, and survival rate of black soldier fly(P<0.01).The average survival rate of fermented material was more than 73%;the pupation rate had a significant effect(P<0.05);there was no significant effect on the emergence rate(P>0.05),but the emergence rates were all above 70%.The analysis shows that the use of wheat bran :fox raccoon dungand1:1 and fermented by EM of fox raccoon dung and feeding has good palatability and can improve the treatment efficiency of fox raccoon dung, which is beneficial to the growth of black soldier fly.2.The black soldier fly ascaris dried contained 12.2% protein,15.9% fat,3.5%ash,2.7% crude fiber, and total amino acid content of 31.95,which complies with animal and poultry feed hygiene standards;total nutrient(N 、P 、K)content It is10.48% and organic matter is 68.7%,which meets the standard of organic fertilizer.3.The use of 25% insect frass: 75% pastoral soil to cultivate Chinese cabbage has a significant effect on seed germination, emergence rate, cabbage weight, leaf area and leaf number, and is higher than other treatments(P<0.01).The research results provide data support for insect frass as an organic fertilizer. The research results can provide data support for insect frass as an organic fertilizer, promote the healthy growth of cabbage, and increase the yield of cabbage. |
