As the main by-product of sweet potato starch processing,the output of sweet potato residue is concentrated from mid-September to mid-October,with a large output and a concentrated production season.How to effectively utilize sweet potato residue is the primary problem to solve the surface pollution brought by sweet potato industry.As a new type of resource insect,the black gadfly is a gadfly,which likes to eat high humidity and rotten food,and has a high capacity to consume and transform its own waste,kitchen is not only soft and rotten but also rich in nutrients,which is easy for the black gadfly to feed on.Sweet potato residue is large in volume,but the particle size is small and viscous,so it is a single nutrient as feed alone,while the texture of kitchen is soft and comprehensive.The experiment focused on the change in viscosity of sweet potato residue and kitchen in different ratios,water content and temperature,and the effect of different ratios and fermentation methods on the growth and development of black gadfly,all of which were screened for the best feed.The results of the experiment yielded the following:1.when the ratio of sweet potato residue to kitchen is 0:1,the viscosity is 0.106Pa-S at the lowest,viscosity is proportional to the amount of sweet potato residue added,when the ratio of sweet potato residue to kitchen is 1:0,the viscosity is 0.478Pa-S at the highest;when the ratio of sweet potato residue to kitchen is 1:1,the viscosity is 0.183 Pa-S at the lowest when the water content is 80%,and the highest when the water content is 60%,the water content is 1.706 Pa-S at the highest.1.706Pa-S,viscosity decreases with the increase of water content,but when the water content is 85%,the viscosity starts to increase again;when the temperature is 35℃under the condition of 1:1 of sweet potato residue and meal kitchen,the viscosity is the lowest 0.198Pa-S,viscosity decreases with the increase of temperature.2.When the ratio of sweet potato dregs to kitchen was 0:1,the black gadfly had the best development in terms of pupal length,pupal width,pupal thickness and pupal weight,and the shortest larval,pre-pupal and pupal periods,followed by the 1:9 ratio of sweet potato dregs to kitchen,the growth of the black gadfly was also better,and the pupal width even reached 5.09 mm,and the adult body length and various ecological periods were different from those of the black gadfly.The differences in adult body length and ecological calendar were not significant compared to the Sweet Potato Crumb Kitchen 0:1 treatment,and the dry weight of the Sweet Potato Crumb Kitchen 1:9 treatment was higher than that of the Sweet Potato Crumb Kitchen 0:1treatment.3.The addition of peanut meal to the feed mix promoted the growth and development of black gadfly.The pupae of black gadfly fed with peanut meal were20.56 mm long,5.37 mm wide,0.1833 g in weight,97% pupation rate,97.94%fledging rate and 98% survival rate,and the shortest time spent in each ecological calendar,which was most beneficial to the growth and development of black gadfly.4.After the feed treated with Bacillus subtilis and Yuansuo EM,the nymphal weight of black gadfly was 0.1892 g,the adult body length was 17.34 mm,the pupation rate was 96.33%,the fledging rate was 95.45%,the survival rate was as high as 95%,and the time spent on each ecological calendar was the shortest.5.The fermented Bacillus subtilis fermented feed was fed to black gadfly pupae weighing 0.1911 g,pupae length 18.10 mm,adult body length 17.55 mm,pupation rate96%,fledging rate 94.68%,survival rate 96%,the shortest time spent in each ecological period.6.The addition of black gadfly manure to the cultivated soil was more beneficial to the growth of spinach,especially when the addition of black gadfly manure reached 16%,the spinach plant height was 10.8cm,stem thickness 0.5cm,main root length 10 cm,maximum leaf length and width,and aboveground fresh weight 17.477g;when the addition of black gadfly manure reached 8%,the underground dry weight of spinach was 0.141g;when the addition of gadfly manure reached At 32%,the above-ground dry weight of spinach was 1.195 g.
