In recent years,the contradiction between aquaculture production and ecological environment protection has become a hot topic of discussion.This paper provides the application basis and theoretical basis for making full use of agricultural waste for resource utilization and developing green aquaculture industry with three-dimensional culture and comprehensive breeding.1.A study on optimization method of utilization of chicken manure by Larvae of Hermetia illucens.Hermetia illucens are excellent resource insects.In this paper,the larvae of Hermetia illucens were raised in the same environment under different proportions of fresh chicken manure and peanut bran as feed,and their body length,body width and body weight were measured at 5,8,11,14 and 17 days of age,respectively.At 18 days of age,the final yield was counted and the larvae were collected for nutritional composition determination.The results showed that 60% fresh chicken manure group was most beneficial to the increase of body length,body width,body weight and final yield of Hermetia illucens,followed by 50% and70% fresh chicken manure group.Between 60% and 70% of fresh chicken manure fed to Hermetia illucens gained maximum daily weight gain while their rapid growth period was longer and earlier.The results of nutritional test on 50-70% fresh chicken manure group showed that that the contents of unsaturated fatty acids were not high,and there were no DHA and EPA.The crude protein content of 50% and 60% fresh chicken manure group was the same as that of soybean meal and cottonseed meal respectively,and the essential amino acids accounted for more than 50% of the total amino acids.Therefore,the Hermetia illucens larvae of 60% fresh chicken manure and 40% peanut bran were better at growth,yield,food conversion and protein nutritional value.In the process of industrial treatment of fresh chicken manure,it can reduce the process of preparation and storage of raw materials for larvae of Hermetia illucens,improve the efficiency of treatment of agricultural waste by Hermetia illucens and have high application value in the treatment of agricultural waste such as chicken manure and resource utilization,environmental protection and so on.2.Effects of replacing fish meal with larvae of Hermetia illucens on the growth of juvenile Ba Sa catfish.Ba Sa catfish is the target of catfish breeding in China with the prospect of international trade strategy,but at present,the price of Ba Sa catfish in the domestic market is low and the cost of breeding is high.The practice of replacing fish meal with Hermetia illucens larvae to reduce feed cost is worth trying and popularizing.In this paper,we used the larvae of Hermetia illucens instead of fish meal to raise Ba Sa catfish,and studied its effects on the growth,nutritional value,muscle quality,antioxidant capacity,intestinal flora and so on.A6-week(42 day)culture experiment was carried out with the juvenile Ba Sa catfish,which weight was 7.20±0.07 g and length was 8.29±0.15 cm.The results showed that Hermetia illucens larvae of 50% or 100% replacing of fish meal feed juvenile Ba Sa catfish,its have no obvious effect on larval growth,and increase muscle nutrition value and quality at the same time improve the liver antioxidant properties.At phylum level,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria became the dominant microflora and the F/B ratio was much higher than that of the control group.At the genus level,the relative abundance of Romboutsia and Sarcina gradually increased.Although there was no difference in relative abundance of intestinal flora between groups,with the increase of Fish meal replacement ratio,the species diversity of flora was improved and the uniformity was higher.To sum up,the feeding method of Hermetia illucens larvae studied in this paper can be used in the resource utilization production of fresh chicken manure,and Hermetia illucens larvae can also be used in the feed of juvenile Ba Sa catfish to reduce their feeding cost,and on the premise that the fishmeal content in the basic feed accounts for 12% or the larval protein accounts for no more than 13.61% of the feed protein,the larvae of Hermetia illucens can replacing 50% or 100% of the fishmeal...
