Research On Wens Group’s Profit Model From The Perspective Of Value Chain

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the rapid development of animal husbandry has become an important leading industry in China’s agricultural economy.This thesis,takes Wens group,a leading domestic animal husbandry enterprise,as the research object,and takes value chain analysis as the starting point.Through literature research and case study,it makes an in-depth and systematic study on the profit model of the enterprise,summarizes the development and transformation laws of the animal husbandry enterprises in China,so as to supplement and improve the relevant theories of profit model,and provides some reference for other enterprises 。The main content of this thesis includes the following parts:The first part,the introduction,expounds the research background and significance of this thesis,and expounds the research status of domestic and foreign enterprise profit model;The second part,the theoretical basis,summarizes the theory of value chain and profit model in detail,and the relationship between them;The third part is the analysis of the current situation and the main profit models of China’s animal husbandry industry chain.It summarizes the development situation,the development trend and the main profit models of China’s animal husbandry industry,which lays the foundation for the case analysis in the following thesis;The fourth part,the case analysis,on the basis of the brief introduction of the development process and operation status of Wens group,it briefly introduces the internal and external value chain and profit model of Wens group,and summarizes the advantages and existing problems of the profit model of Wens group;The fifth part is the optimization proposal of the profit model of Wens group,Put forward optimization suggestions for the profit model of Wens existing internal and external value chain;The sixth part,research conclusion and future outlook,through the research and analysis of this thesis,draw a conclusion,and point out the shortcomings of the research and the future outlook.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the development process and operation status of Wens group,this thesis studies and analyzes the profit model of Wens group from the perspective of value chain,and puts forward optimization suggestions for the enlightenment and problems brought by the existing profit model of Wens group,The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Wens production cooperation mode of "company + farmer" plays an important role in promoting the industrialization of Wens development;(2)Wens vertical industrial integration of aquaculture production system,the front and back end of the extension of integrated value chain,occupies a strategic commanding point,plays an important role in improving the profitability of enterprises;(3)In Wens horizontal value chain,through strategic alliance cooperation in production,the production link is outsourced to farmers to realize production scale and optimal allocation of resources;in the sales link,through strategic cooperation,the scale is expanded and the market is seized,and the profit space of products is greatly explored.
