Research On Benefit Distribution Of Mutton Sheep Industry Chain In Grassland And Pastoral Areas Of Inner Mongolia

In the context of China’s continuous economic development and social progress to a higher level,people’s quality of life continues to improve.At the same time,people have more expectations for the quality of food than before.The market demand of mutton products with unique flavor and rich nutrition is gradually increasing,which promotes the development of mutton sheep industry in China.The vast grassland,excellent forage and long sheep-raising history have created natural advantages for the local sheep industry.For a long time,the mutton sheep industry has always been a characteristic advantage industry in Inner Mongolia.It plays an irreplaceable role in improving the local economic level and increasing herder’s income.In recent years,although the overall industry has developed rapidly,the cost of mutton sheep breeding has gradually increased,resulting in limited profit space for herdsmen,unreasonable distribution of industrial chain benefits,resulting in damaged breeding benefits,and thus the enthusiasm of herdsmen to breed has declined.How to realize a more reasonable profit distribution in the mutton industry chain and increase the enthusiasm of herdsmen to raise is crucial to Maintain and increase the pace of development of the sheep industry in Inner Mongolia grassland pastoral area.This thesis selects the typical grassland and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia as the research area for field research.This thesis analyzes the cost-benefit,comprehensive cost profit rate and dispersion degree of mutton sheep herders,middlemen,slaughtering and processing enterprises and retailers in traditional markets.The thesis uses the modified Shapley value method to take into account the contributions of all parties.Based on the cooperative game theory,using the revised Shapley value method which comprehensively considers the risk and input factors,the reasonable profit distribution plan of the mutton sheep industry chain is calculated.The results show that under the traditional market transaction mode,the ratios of the comprehensive cost and profit margins of herdsmen,middlemen,slaughtering and processing enterprises and retailers are 1.65%: 1.61%: 4.72%:7.90%,respectively.The herdsmen are in a disadvantaged position,and the comprehensive cost profit rate is extremely low.Retailers are in an absolute dominant position,with a relatively high level of comprehensive cost margins.The amount of profit distribution is not equal to the investment and risk of each entity.The distribution of benefits in the mutton sheep industry chain is relatively discrete,and the rationality of the profit distribution pattern needs to be strengthened.Redistribution is carried out by the modified Shapley value method,and the profit distribution amount more suitable for the investment and risk is obtained.The comprehensive cost profit margins of herdsmen,middlemen,slaughtering and processing enterprises and retailers in the mutton sheep industry chain are2.14%: 1.90%: 7.72%: 7.93% respectively.Based on the above conclusions,this thesis proposes that the support for mutton sheep breeding should be strengthened to improve the efficiency of mutton sheep breeding.Encourage slaughtering and processing enterprises to develop deep-processed products and increase the added value of the industrial chain.Strengthen the government’s ability to intervene,and improve the risk protection and interest restraint mechanism.
