With the opening of the GEM,there have been many industries in the emerging companies successfully listed on the board,the majority of investors not only have high expectation on the growth capacity of the GEM,but also show a strong interest on the GEM which achieve the overall listing of the enterprises.The existing research listed plate,mainly concentrated on the Shanghai and Shenzhen boards,and the overall listing research of the GEM is relatively scarce,so the first GEM listed of the study is meaningful.At the same time,the scale of animal husbandry enterprises and scientific breeding is not only related to the survival and development of enterprises,but also related to people's healthy productive and life.In order to realize the scale of animal husbandry,the state's industry policy and tax preferential policy have encouraged animal husbandry to develop gradually from retail to large-scale and highly efficient culture.And the current overall listing of the industry research,mainly concentrated on the manufacturing industry,and the overall stock market case study is relatively scarce,so the animal husbandry enterprises,the overall listing case enrich the overall listing of the industry research.Therefore,it is necessary to study the first overall listing of delivered genre shares of the GEM and animal husbandry.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly focusing on the analysis of the research background and the research significance,and the carding of the domestic and international overall listing's literature;Chapter two explains the concept,mode and theoretical basis of the overall listing;The third chapter introduces the basic general situation of the groups,this paper analyzes the background of the overall listing of the shares from the industry policy and the enterprise itself.Finally,according to the overall listing of the motivation and process,process of the overall listing includes three aspects: mode selection,plate selection and listing process;The fourth chapter is the influence of the overall listing,mainly from the corporation,related transactions,the company size,shareholder wealth and financial performance five aspects of the detailed analysis;The fifth chapter is based on the impact of the overall listing,summarizes the valuable experience of the successful overall listing,and provides some experience for the subsequent enterprises which seek the overall listing.The study found that the overall listing of the Wens reduced the related transaction;perfected the corporate governance;absorbed the upstream industrial chain assets,optimized the industrial chain of the group company;expanded the enterprise scale;and analyzed the market effect of the overall listing by the event research method.It is concluded that the overall listing has been significantly positive market effect,it shows that the overall listing of the company increases the shareholder's wealth;through the comparative analysis of Enterprise Financial Index and Industry average index,it is found that all the financial indexes of the company's listed companies have improved significantly,which shows that the financial performance of delivered genre shares has been promoted.Therefore,according to the conclusion of the case analysis,this article puts forward some enlightenments: The overall listing plan should be combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,the holistic listing should select the listed plate reasonably,and the whole listing should choose the right time for listing.
