As an important part of project management,project contract management has the characteristics of wide coverage and strong difference,and contract management directly affects the success or failure of the whole project operation and the achievement of the final goal.PPP project has the characteristics of large amount of investment,many participants and long time span,coupled with the lack of attention to project contract management,which leads to frequent contract disputes and contract risks.Based on this,the enterprise should strengthen the project contract management,so as to reduce the project risk,so that the main body of the contract can strictly comply with the contract,and then ensure the smooth completion of the project.As an enterprise responsible for the investment,financing,construction and operation of national reserve forest project,although its project contract management system is gradually improved,there are still big problems.Scientific,effective and standardized contract management for the construction of national reserve forest PPP project has become the primary task of the company’s operation,and also a difficult problem to be solved.In this paper,L Company National Reserve Forest PPP project as the research object,combined with the theory of project contract management and the characteristics of national reserve forest PPP project,the contract management organization and contract management system of national reserve forest PPP project are analyzed in depth.In addition,this paper analyzes the current situation of the contract management of the national reserve forest PPP project by using the method of interview survey,so as to summarize the problems existing in the project contract management,including more contract disputes,too frequent contract changes and failure to obtain contract claims effectively.Through the analysis of the root causes of these problems,the causes of project contract management problems are obtained,including unreasonable contract management organization structure,imperfect contract signing link management,non-standard contract performance stage management and imperfect contract information archiving management.According to the cause analysis of contract management problems of national reserve forest PPP project of L company,the improvement countermeasures of project contract management are formulated,including optimizing contract management organization structure and responsibilities,improving contract signing link management,standardizing contract performance stage management and strengthening contract information archiving management,so as to help company l improve contract management ability of national reserve forest PPP project.Through the research on the improvement countermeasures and suggestions of the contract management of the national reserve forest PPP project of L company,it can not only help the national reserve forest PPP project to formulate the project contract management system in the new stage,but also has certain reference significance for the project contract management of other engineering enterprises.
