| This paper studies the effects of full-price expanded feed and cassava dregs with different ratios on the production performance in hu sheep were studied, and the economic benefits of full-price expanded feed and cassava dregs with different ratios were analyzed according to the growth performance,so as to judge the application value of the two.1.Effects of full-price puffed feed on production performance, digestive tract and some internal organs in Hu sheepExperiment chooses 12 healthy sheep ewes only three months, according to the principle of similar weight were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,a total of two groups, each group of 6,according to the above principles set each sheep three repetition, every repeat 2 only, the control group(group I)and treatment group(group Ⅱ)respectively fed without expanded and expanded the full price of feed,a various data, such as record feed intake during the tests at the end of the trial period on the same day, based on similar weight and balance, were randomly selected from two groups of three,a total of six sheep, slaughtering and the internal organs index determination. The test results are as follows:Compared with group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ forelimb and hind legs meat bone than, hind legs meat bone than were significantly improved(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in slaughter rate, meat bone ratio or net meat rate(P>0.05);Ⅱ group had a significantly lower color yellow degree value(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in dorsal muscle moisture,pH,meat color brightness and redness(P>0.05);Ⅱ group ileum length value accounted for the proportion of the total length of small intestine, ileum length and ileum were significantly increase in the proportion of length of the intestinal length(P<0.05)and the weight of the ileum, ileum, the proportion of the total weight of the intestinal tract, the weight of the duodenum and jejunum, length,of the small intestine and the proportion of the length and the total weight of the intestinal length and the proportion of the total weight and the weight of the caecum, colon and rectum, length, accounts for the large intestine and the proportion of the length and the total weight of the intestinal length and the proportion of the total weight, the stomach and the net weight and gross weight, net weight of each stomach compound stomach the proportion of gross weight and net weight of the stomach and compound stomach ratio between the total weight and weight all have different degrees of change, but the results were not significant(P>0.05);II group spleen coefficient increased significantly(P<0.05),while other data showed no significant change(P>0.05).2.Effects of cassava residue feed with different proportions on production performance and digestive tract in Hu SheepAccording to the weight balance principle, the 36 4 months sheep RAMS were randomly divided into 3 groups,Ⅰ,Ⅱ groups and III group, each group of 12,3 sheep, each group set up four repetition of each group.According to the content of cassava dregs, design three kinds of diet(see table 5-1,grain composition and nutrient levels),I group composition of the diet does not contain cassava dregs,Ⅱ group diet containing cassava dregs 30%,60%diet containing cassava dregs Ⅲ group.Feed intake was recorded and each sheep was weighed at the beginning,28d and end of the trial period. On the day of the end of the experiment, according to the weight balance between groups,4 sheep(12 in total)were randomly selected from each group for slaughter and internal organs measurement. The experimental results are as follows:With the increase of the proportion of cassava residue in the feed, the weight gain showed an increasing trend, showing a significant difference in the final weight and total daily weight gain(P<0.05);There was an increasing trend in feed intake, with significant differences between feed intake during the 28d-terminal weight period and total feed intake throughout the trial period(P<0.01);There was no significant difference(P>0.05);In slaughter performance, except carcass weight showed significant differences(P<0.01),there were no significant differences in slaughter rate, meat net rate, bone to meat ratio and water loss rate(P>0.05);In the meat quality, except the meat color A value showed A significant increase(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between meat color L value and B value(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in weight and length of each part of intestinal tract between groups when cassava residue was added in different proportion of feed(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of intestinal weight to body weight among the esophagus, duodenum, hollow ileum and cecum(P>0.05),while the total amount of colorectal and intestinal tract was significantly different(P<0.05),by comparison,Ⅲ group were significantly lower than colorectal I group(P<0.05)and total intestinal tract weight ratio(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between each part of the intestine and its percentage of total length(P>0.05).The weight of each part of compound stomach was significantly different only between the rumen and the whole stomach(P<0.01);The weight of each part of compound stomach and its proportion to total stomach weight were not significantly different between groups(P>0.05),while the total stomach to body weight ratio was significantly different(P<0.05).3.Economic benefit analysis of full-price bulking material and cassava dregs of different proportionsAt the end of the feeding test, the economic benefits of the lambs fed with full-price bulked material and cassava dreg of different proportions were analyzed by combining the growth performance data. The diet formula of the full-price puffing material test was the same. The extra processing cost of the full-price puffing material was 0.14 yuan/Kg.After 100d of feeding test, the net profit of the whole family puffing material group(Group Ⅱ)was 189.11 yuan per sheep, while the net profit of the non-puffing material group was only 126.37 yuan per sheep. In the cassava slags test, each group had different formulae. The addition amount of cassava slags in formula A was 60%,and the unit price was 1.02 yuan/Kg.Although the unit price was the highest, the net profit of each sheepin group III during the 56-day test was 404.75 yuan, higher than the net profit of each sheep in Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ.The experimental results showed that both full-price bulking materials and cassava dregs could improve the production performance, the development of digestive tract, and the economic benefit. |
