Land as the material basis of human economic development and the production and operation of its occupying the important status in the process of human social development,however,combining the situation of our country current to less people more features,made of every inch of land we must reasonable planning use in today’s China’s urbanization development faster and faster,under the trend of cultivated land quality but also play a decisive role in the agricultural production and living,so for reasonable protection and development of cultivated land is the main measures to solve the problem of food in China at present,however,the decrease in the number of cultivated land in our country in recent years,the trend of cultivated land quality decreased more obvious,the cultivated land protection is imminent Therefore,the scientific and reasonable delineation of basic farmland protection areas plays an important role in increasing the quantity of cultivated land,improving the quality of cultivated land and promoting the production capacity of cultivated land,ensuring regional food security and promoting the construction of modern agriculture.By reference to the cultivated land quality evaluation in this paper the basic farmland protection areas defined such as tension on the basis of relevant research at home and abroad,according to du can agricultural location theory and relationship coordination theory such as the theoretical basis,fujin city in heilongjiang province as the study area,the soil fertility condition of field space form the ecological environment quality stability and economic development in five aspects to build the cultivated land quality evaluation system,by the method of correction step by step to modify land fertility scores optimization,USES the local Moran s I The index delimits the spatial agglomeration pattern of basic farmland in fujin city,and then delimits the boundary of basic farmland protection zone by using the method of combining linear ground features and buffer zone analysis,so as to form a centralized and contiguous farmland protection zone with stable and efficient production capacity.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In this study,the evaluation system of cultivated land quality in Fujin city was constructed by the method of chromatograp Hy,and the influence of various factors on the results of comprehensive quality evaluation of cultivated land was analyzed.In the criteria layer of location conditions,three index factors are selected,i.e.the accessibility of roads in the field,the convenience of farming and the convenience of transportation,which reflect the convenience of farmers for farming and management from the perspective of spatial distance;in the criteria layer of spatial form of land blocks,two index factors are selected,i.e.the scale index and the shape index,which reflect the characteristics of whether the cultivated land is suitable for centralized management;in the criteria layer of land fertility,three index factors are selected Five index factors,nitrogen(N),p Hosp Horus(P),potassium(K),organic carbon(Corg)and p H value,reflect the difference of land fertility quality;six index factors,arsenic(As),cadmium(CD),mercury(Hg),lead(Pb),slope and forest network rate in the field,are selected as the criteria to judge the quality of ecological environment;the cultivated land type is selected as the criteria for economic development stability Urbanization rate is two index factors to measure the impact of artificial production and management on the quality of cultivated land in the process of economic development.(2)In this study,the index range of cultivated land quality grading in Fujin city was determined by step-by-step correction method,and the cultivated land quality was divided into four quality grades according to the natural breakpoint method.The results show that the cultivated land quality of Fujin city is mainly grade II and grade III,and the area of grade III is the largest twenty-four point one three 10000 hectares,accounting for the total cultivated area 31.83% The minimum cultivated area of grade I is thirteen point nine one 10000 hectares,accounting for the total cultivated area 18.35% 。 From the perspective of space,the comprehensive quality of cultivated land in Fujin city shows a distribution state of high quality in the East and west regions and low quality in the central region.(3)Based on the results of comprehensive quality of cultivated land in Fujin City,this study uses local Moran’s I index to delineate the spatial agglomeration pattern.The results of spatial analysis show that the high-quality cultivated land is mainly distributed in the eastern and western areas,which are mainly within the scope of reclamation area;the low-quality cultivated land is mainly distributed in the southwest and central areas,which are mostly concentrated near the urban boundary;in this paper,the high-value concentrated area and the low-value scattered area cultivated land in the spatial clustering characteristics of the cultivated land in Fujin city are classified as the key protected areas of basic farmland.In this study,buffer zone analysis and linear features are used to extract the boundary of key protected areas of basic farmland,so as to achieve the goal of high-quality farmland concentrated and contiguous.Clear boundary of basic farmland protection area is more conducive to centralized and large-scale management and construction of farmland.The total area of the basic farmland reserve in Fujin city is 220901.02hm2,basic farmland construction area 383012.72hm2 Accounting for about 80% of the total cultivated land area,and meeting the goal of 80% of all cultivated land as the basic farmland protection rate stipulated by the state.
