Benefit Estimate Of The Returned To Grassland Project In Altay City

The sustainable development of grassland economy in western China has been seriously affected by a series of ecological problems such as grassland degradation.In order to strengthen the protection of natural grasslands,restore the “three-steps” of grassland vegetation,and reverse the deteriorating trend of the grassland ecological environment,and realize the sustainable use of natural grassland resources in western China and sustainable socio-economic development,we must attach importance to the protection of grasslands and the improvement of grasslands.The purpose of curbing indiscriminate pastoralism and man-made destruction of pastures will further suppress the deterioration of natural pastures and protect natural grassland resources in the west.This article starts from the natural situation of Altay City,and evaluates the social,economic,and ecological benefits of the project to restore grazing land to grassland,and proposes corresponding suggestions for the implementation of the grazing-returning project in Altay to promote Altay.The implementation of the project of returning grazing to grassland was implemented smoothly.Based on the project of returning grazing to grassland in Xinjiang,this paper takes the project of grazing and retiring for grassland in Altay City as the research object.Combining with the investigation and research,it found that after the implementation of the project of returning grazing to grass from natural grassland in Altay City,the implementation effect and implementation of the project were implemented.The main problems that existed were analyzed,evaluated and studied.At present,Altay City mainly implements forage land construction projects.Since the implementation of the grazing regrowth project in 2010,the grassland eco-environment in Altay City has been significantly improved,the vegetation has been effectively restored,and the treatment effect has been remarkable.The output value of animal husbandry has been significantly improved.This paper through the field research and access to the literature of Altay City grasslands,according to the principle of index selection,preliminary determination of the evaluation index of the project of returning grazing to grassland,and based on the analysis results,explored the main influencing factors of the grazing and pasture project in Altay City.By consulting experts and correcting preliminary indicators,the social benefits,economic benefits,and ecological benefits of the project of returning grazing to grassland were analyzed separately,and an index system for evaluating the benefits of the project of returning grazing to grass in Altay City was constructed.According to the assessment index system of the project of returning livestock to grass in Altay City,firstly,the weight of the evaluation index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,an evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was established.Finally,this model was used to evaluate the project of returning grazing to grassland in Altay city.Through the analysis and evaluation results,it provided reference and suggestions for implementing the project of grazing for returning grazing in Altay city.
