| The fishery plays an important role in Huizhou’s agriculture and rural economy.During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period,Huizhou’s aquatic product technology promotion institutions promoted the construction of fishery technology information platform by promoting grassroots aquatic product technology,strengthening fishery science and technology innovation,actively carrying out various types of aquatic aquaculture demonstration,breeding disease monitoring,serving the development of modern fisheries through the implementation of science and technology,focusing on the management of the origin of aquatic products,meanwhile,effectively enrich the local aquatic products market,broaden the sales channels of aquatic products,increase the consumption of aquatic products,improve the dietary structure of residents,improve the economic level of fisheries,and increase the income of fishermen.On the other hand,promote the reform of the supply side of the fishery.Therefore,how Huizhou strengthens the construction of aquatic product technology promotion system and enhances the system technology and talent support ability has a crucial impact on the development of modern fisheries in Huizhou.Based on literature research and interview research,this paper quantitative analysis and comparative analysis the establishment of Huizhou Aquatic Technology Promotion Organization,performance of duties,system capacity building,information construction and the promotion of aquatic product technology during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period.What’s more,discuss the existing problems in the construction of aquatic product technology promotion system in Huizhou,combine the development direction of modern fishery in Huizhou and the development trend of the industry,compare some advanced practices at domestic and abroad,explore how to establish a new aquatic product technology promotion system,and put forward the following suggestions;（1）Establish a government-led,market-oriented “one main diversification” new aquatic product technology promotion system.First,clarify the municipal and county-level aquatic product technology promotion institutions are at the core of the new aquatic product technology promotion system.secondly,actively improve the diversified enterprise industrial technology extension service system.（2）Strengthen institutional functions and enhance the ability of aquatic products to promote their performance.First,actively promote the reform of aquatic product technology promotion institutions.Second,strengthen public welfare functions.Third,innovate and promote working mechanisms.（3）Increase funding investment to ensure the continued promotion of aquatic product technology.（4）Strengthen the promotion of team building and build a composite technical team.（5）Construct a modern sea and freshwater aquaculture experimental demonstration base to strengthen fishery testing,demonstration and promotion capabilities.（6）Enrich the scope of services and build a comprehensive fishery information platform.（7）Carry out various forms of aquatic product technology promotion activities to enhance the acceptance of new technologies for fishermen and farmers. |
