Abstract/Summary:
As a big agricultural country in the world,the straw resources are very rich in China.Straw comprehensive utilization is a good way of straw treatment,and the technology of comprehensive utilization of straw is relatively mature in China.However,the reason why the straw is not effectively stored and comprehensively utilized at this stage is mainly because the degree of automation of the straw baler is low,resulting in an increase in the cost of storage.The research of this paper is based on the automatic control system of the straw baler in the Internet of Things.The optimized design of the straw baler on the market is equipped with an automatic control system to improve the efficiency of the baler storage and reduce the cost.The technology will remotely monitor the baler to facilitate the baler user to manage the baler in large quantities.Firstly,optimize the density adjustment mechanism,buzzer mechanism,and rope feeding mechanism of the original equipment,and replace some components so that can realize automatic control.And with the hydraulic control system of the baling machine unloading device is optimized,and the original manual hydraulic control system is designed as an automatic hydraulic control system.There is a comprehensive upgrade in the mechanical structure design.Secondly,design the three aspects of control system hardware,control system software and electrical control system separately.Compare and select the hardware of each part,as well as the design of each module of the system software control part,the design of each circuit,and briefly describe the fault monitoring of the whole system.Then,design the Internet of Things management platform of the straw baler automatic control system.The design and selection of the Internet of Things hardware and communication module are mainly carried out.Then,Describe the Internet of Things cloud platform,and design the main interface of the Internet of Things remote monitoring.Finally,PLC programming software and simulation software are used to simulate PLC control program and touch screen interface.Meanwhile,a platform is built to simulate the hardware of the control system and the communication system of the Internet of Things.Verify the feasibility of the system’s automatic control and remote monitoring of the Internet of things.To sum up,through the automatic development and upgrading of the straw baler,the operation and management of the Internet of Things scale,to reduce the cost of storage and storage of straw,improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization,is in response to the national agricultural machinery research and development policy,straw comprehensive utilization policy,and promote "The development of the Internet of Things+agriculture.
