As a highly efficient water-saving irrigation equipment,reel sprinkler irrigation machine is widely used in northern China.It is recognized as one of the several irrigation equipments with good spray irrigation effect.It has strong adaptability and high utilization of water resources.At the same time,it is not easy to cause soil compaction and soil erosion.However,the traditional reel sprinkler irrigation machine also has many drawbacks,mainly reflected in: the driving device adopts water turbine which needs high pressure and the efficiency is low.It also adopts mechanical speed governor which has small speed range and poor accuracy,during the operation process,the operating speed fluctuates greatly and the spray irrigation uniformity is poor.It is impossible to implement precision irrigation according to soil moisture information.Moreover,the sprinkler needs to be monitored,which will cost much time and effort.Meanwhile,it is unable to realize remote monitoring and controlling.In view of the existing drawbacks of the traditional reel sprinkler irrigation machine,this paper focuses on researching the monitoring and control system of reel sprinkler irrigation machine based on the Internet of Things,aiming at improving the intelligence and automation level of the reel sprinkler irrigation machine.First of all,the on-site monitoring and control system for reel sprinkler irrigation machine is designed.By designing the soil moisture monitoring network,we can collect soil moisture information in real time.Relying on the MQTT protocol,we can remotely publish soil moisture information,which provides powerful data support for the precise operation of the reel sprinkler irrigation machine.Through the modification of the transmission system of the traditional reel sprinkler irrigation machine,we solve the problems of high pressure and small speed range of the traditional reel sprinkler irrigation machine.Based on embedded technology,the multiple sensor modules are used to monitor the running state of reel sprinkler irrigation machine in real time,the intelligent control algorithm is used to adjust the speed of the reel sprinkler irrigation machine in real time,and we solve the problem of poor uniformity and difficult to monitor on site.Relying on the MQTT protocol,we realize the remote publish of the operation parameters of the reel sprinkler irrigation machine,which lay the foundation for the realization of remote monitoring and control function.Then,with the MQTT protocol as the communication protocol and the Qt5.5 as the development platform,based on the C/S model,the remote management system for reel sprinkler irrigation machine is developed,which realized the remote monitoring and control of the reel type irrigation machine and the real-time monitoring of soil moisture information.By analyzing the soil moisture information in the work area,the initial operating speed of the reel sprinkler irrigation machine is determined and the precise operation of the reel-type sprinkler is achieved at the same time.Finally,the prototype of the reel sprinkler irrigation machine is built and the soil moisture monitoring node is made.Simultaneously,the monitoring and control syetem based on the Internet of Things for reel sprinkler irrigation machine is tested to verify the feasibility of the system.At the end of this paper,the work done in this paper is summarized,and the related research technology is prospected.
