With the expansion of colleges and universities and the improvement of living standards,people have paid more and more attention to the ventilation and cooling systems of college canteens.At the same time,with the national call for energy saving and emission reduction,how to reduce the energy consumption of ventilation and cooling systems has gradually become a hot topic.Evaporative air conditioner is a kind of ventilation and cooling equipment that uses the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption.It has the advantages of economy and environmental protection.This article takes an evaporative air conditioner system in a cafeteria of a university in Xi’an as an example,and explores the application effect of evaporative air conditioners in the cafeteria of Xi’an University from design,actual data measurement,and numerical simulation software optimization.First of all,after understanding the principle of evaporative cooling,a summary of the ventilation and cooling systems in the canteens of Xi’an Seven Schools was found.The current ventilation and cooling systems commonly used in canteens in universities include mechanical exhaust systems and mechanical refrigeration systems,but these two methods of ventilation and cooling There are deficiencies,so a scheme of using an evaporative airconditioning system to ventilate and cool the canteens of colleges and universities is proposed to improve the problems of insufficient indoor fresh air volume,poor air quality,and high energy consumption of mechanical refrigeration.Secondly,the design of the evaporative air-conditioning system for the Zhongnan restaurant in a university in Xi’an was carried out.The final design result is that the evaporative air-conditioning system uses 7 evaporative air-conditioners with the model 18-ZS32 E and 5 DZ-11-8A axial flow exhaust fan,and also selected the cabinet air conditioner system as an alternative,and through a comparative analysis of the energy consumption of the two schemes and the total investment in the life cycle,it was found that the energy consumption of the evaporative air-conditioning system is only The cabinet air conditioner system has 69.7%,and the total investment in the life cycle is only 47%,which has obvious advantages.Next,the indoor temperature and humidity and wind speed of the Zhongnan restaurant were actually tested and analyzed.The average temperature of the dining area was 26.7 ° C,the average relative humidity range was 84%,and the average indoor wind speed was 1.0m/s.In addition to the relatively high humidity,the temperature and wind speed meet the requirements.Finally,considering the deviation between the actual engineering status and the design status of the Zhongnan Restaurant,Aripak numerical simulation software was used to numerically simulate the existing evaporative air-conditioning system of the Zhongnan Restaurant,and the indoor temperature of the Zhongnan Restaurant in summer was obtained.Distribution,airflow distribution,and average air age distribution map;through analysis and comparison of simulated and measured values,it was found that the established numerical model can reflect the real situation of the restaurant to a certain extent.Two optimization schemes are proposed for this model.Through the study of this project,a new scheme was provided for the ventilation and cooling system of canteens in colleges and universities in Xi’an: using an evaporative air conditioner system,and also providing a reference for the application of evaporative air conditioners.This paper has 58 references,22 tables,and 43 pictures. |
