Integrated energy services for specific areas integrate a variety of energy supply systems such as electricity, heat and cooling, improving the efficiency of energy use and reducing CO2emissions through the coordinated complementarity of different energy sources. This is an inevitable trend in the development of energy systems on university campuses. In response to the problems of university campuses’extensive human density, high energy consumption levels and weak energy management, this thesis studies and explores the regional integrated energy service system constituted by university campuses.Application and research of integrated energy services for a university campus is based on energy use analysis,supply-side and demand-side forecasting and energy use optimisation and control.Based on the actual energy consumption of the target campus,a deep confidence network-based PV solar power generation prediction model and a user load prediction model are used to develop an optimal control strategy that meets the actual energy consumption of the campus. The multi-objective energy use optimization control strategy reduces the overall energy consumption of the campus on the basis of the economic and comfort objectives. The control strategy proposed in this thesis is important for improving the energy management level of the campus, reducing energy waste and giving full play to the regulation potential on the demand side. The main research elements of this thesis are as follows:1.The research background and significance of the selected topic of this thesis are explained, and the current status of research on regional integrated energy service system and energy use management are sorted out and analysed respectively, and the main content, direction and significance of the research are clarified.2.In order to better understand and analyse the regional integrated energy service system composed of university campuses, this thesis firstly analyses and summarises the energy consumption composition, energy consumption characteristics and energy saving measures taken by university campuses, and secondly analyses and summarises the output model and prediction technology of the regional integrated energy service system.3.Based on the basic theory of forecasting techniques,a forecasting model suitable for the supply side and the demand side of the university campus is adopted. The forecasting on the supply side takes PV output as the research object, and a short-term PV generation forecasting model based on deep confidence networks is adopted to achieve PV generation forecasting. On the demand side,a dual-stage multiple load forecasting model combining offline training and online forecasting is used to forecast the multiple loads of electricity, heat and cooling.4.An optimal energy use control strategy for the campus was developed, including a strategy for the full utilisation of photovoltaic power generation and a multi-objective energy use optimisation control strategy. The PV utilisation strategy improves the utilisation rate of PV power generation and reduces the energy cost of the campus.Through the multi-objective energy use optimisation control strategy, the overall energy consumption and the per capita energy consumption of the campus are reduced on the basis of meeting the economic and comfort objectives, and energy saving and emission reduction are achieved.
