| In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s industrial output and people’s increasing attention to environmental issues,green and sustainable development has become the main keynote of the current stage of industrial production,while putting forward higher requirements for China’s traditional machinery manufacturing industry.Z Company,as a company specializing in large-scale port machinery products,is suffering from product characteristics and production mode,which makes it difficult to make progress in this round of green reform.Design is the soul of a product.Integrating green thinking into the design stage can reduce the impact on the environment in the process of product manufacturing from the source and greatly reduce the burden of terminal governance,which is a key link to achieve green and sustainable development.But the questions remain unsolved in terms of how to balance environmental requirements and product functional requirements,how to balance green manufacturing with product quality,cost and production cycle,and how to make green design innovation have continuity and universality obviously exist.Therefore,from the Angle of green design,a set of green innovative design cycle improvement model suitable for port machinery products is constructed.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it is analyzed that the laws and regulations on environmental protection issued in China in recent years as well as the pressures and social responsibilities undertaken by Z Company under the policies.Taking the phase I project of M Wharf as an example,the most prominent environmental pollution problems in the process of project promotion are focused.In order to solve these problems,four green design principles of reduction/lightweight,serialization/standardization,green utilization of raw materials and reduction of rework are put forward,and the continuous improvement model of green innovative design of quay bridge based on PDCA is designed.Then according to the PDCA continuous improvement goal,the green design scheme is studied in four steps.The first step is to analyze the environmental protection problems in the quayside product design and process flow based on the quayside manufacturing process,and explore the causes of the problems.The second step is to introduce TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving),and propose concrete improvement scheme of green design of quayside bridge by using contradiction matrix,space separation and object field analysis.The third step is to build a quay bridge green design evaluation model.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of 12 indicators from four dimensions of quality,cost,delivery date and environmental impact,the comprehensive impact of each green innovation design on products is tested to ensure that there will not be a phenomenon of "sacrificing costs for profits".Finally,during the processing phase,lessons learned throughout the cycle are summarized and documented for the next cycle.The research result shows that the continuous improvement model of green innovative design based on PDCA can streamline and standardize green design innovation,greatly reduce the threshold of design innovation,eliminate the waste of time and cost brought by empiricism and trial and error method in the past,and improve the quality of innovation. |
