| With the increasingly severe resource and environmental problems,The 14 th FiveYear Plan sets out more detailed requirements for ecological progress,with a focus on carbon emission reduction.Therefore,the development of new energy vehicle industry is attracting more and more attention from the public and all walks of life.At current period,in order to smoothly promote the overall development of economic and social transition to green,China implements the new energy vehicle subsidy retrograde system,and uses the "double integral" mechanism as an alternative policy.Under the influence of the new "double integral" mechanism,the operation of the new energy automobile industry has also undergone great changes.Therefore,how to study the optimization of production decisions of the supply chain of A automobile company and distributors from the policy perspective of different systems and mechanisms is of important and urgent theoretical and practical significance.Based on the evolution of new energy vehicle policies under the background of "subsidy backsliding-double points" system,this paper first expounds the development status of A automobile company receiving subsidies and the problems exposed in this process,such as the incoordination between technology r&d investment and production and marketing,and the insufficient cooperation with downstream distributors.Secondly,based on Stackelberg game theory,this paper considers the supply chain decisionmaking model of automobile companies only under the circumstance of subsidy regression,and whether the automobile companies can maintain market competitiveness with subsidy reduction.Based on this problem,the demand functions of ordinary fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles are introduced,and independent and cooperative decision models are established to analyze the two-level automobile supply chain composed of an automobile company and A distributor,and the model is applied to automobile Company A to analyze the influence of subsidy coefficient adjustment factor on product sales price.Without the "double points" mechanism,the wholesale price and sales price of new energy vehicles will continue to rise,which will lead to a gradual decrease in car demand and profit,and the reduction of subsidies has a significant impact on the operating profit of automobile companies.Again,after considering the subsidies decline still need other carbon policy support to guide,to avoid new energy automobile market volatility even degradation,so join said "double integral" mechanism of price of fuel consumption,new energy integral,integral of parameters,analysis of government "double integral" mechanism and the research and development costs influence on automobile company production,prices and profits,considering with the optimization of the cooperation between distributors,Design revenue sharing contract realize the pareto improvement,it is concluded that the implementation of the "double integral" mechanism,after a point in a cycle,the total integral of nonnegative,if a car company is car company general fuel cars and new energy automobile r&d effort level reaches a certain value,the "double integral" mechanism can make the car companies and distributors to obtain higher profits.Finally,it summarizes the rationality of the existence of "double integral".After the change of incentive policy retreat,automobile companies will take the initiative to invest in research and development costs,improve production technology,and eventually develop in an independent and healthy direction.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the optimization of production decisions of A Automobile Company.The content structure of this paper is as follows: The first chapter is introduction,the second chapter introduces relevant theories and literature review,the third chapter for A car company operational status quo and the problems caused by subsidies decline mechanism under the influence of analysis,the fourth chapter subsidies decline mechanism under A car company production and supply chain optimization,the fifth chapter subsidies decline-"double integral" pricing mechanism under A car company production and supply chain optimization,Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect. |
