Study On Logistics Competitiveness Of LN Port Group

LN Ports Group was established under the background of the increasingly complex international environment and the obvious increase of uncertainty,shouldering the requirements of national strategy and the responsibility of a state-owned enterprise.During the 14th Five-year Plan period,national strategies such as transportation power,"One Belt and One Road",construction of international shipping center and RCEP agreement will bring important opportunities for the development of LN Port Group.Meanwhile,the development of LN Port Group is also faced with major challenges such as complex changes of macro environment,slowing growth of hinterland demand and upgrading of transformation pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the port logistics competitiveness of LN Port Group,identify its own advantages and disadvantages,and put forward relevant countermeasures to improve the port logistics system,so as to improve the port logistics competitiveness.This thesis starts from the general background and actual situation of LN Port Group’s logistics development,and takes LN Port Group’s logistics competitiveness as the study object.The main study contents include:（1）Analyze the port macro environment,port industry environment and port development status,and analyze the existing problems in the logistics competition of LN Port Group;（2）through the principal component analysis（PCA）to evaluate logistics competitiveness of LN port group,with the selected five port group around the Yellow sea and the Bohai Sea logistics competitiveness comparison,found that LN port group ranked the first in the competition of infrastructure,with leading ports in other competition has more or less difference,comprehensive logistics competitiveness ranking third;（3）Analyze the evaluation results of logistics competitiveness of LN Port Group,and get the advantages and disadvantages of the port;（4）According to the advantages and disadvantages of the port,this thesis puts forward seven strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the port in terms of optimizing the port resource allocation,optimizing the port collection and distribution system,improving the sea and land service network,expanding the port supply chain business,accelerating the construction of smart port,improving the green security level and improving the economic environment.Through the study on this thesis,the advantages and disadvantages of LN Port Group logistics development are further defined,and the competitiveness promotion strategies are put forward to provide a plan for the benign development of LN Port group port logistics.At the same time,it is hoped that the scheme can also bring help to other port enterprises and improve the competitiveness of port logistics.
