With the improvement of automation level,all walks of life are carrying out the introduction and innovation of automation equipment.In the target reporting link of light weapons shooting training,the traditional manual target reporting method is gradually being replaced by the automatic target reporting device because of the problems such as waste of human resources,potential safety hazards and low target reporting efficiency.At present,the research on automatic target reporting system with high precision,low cost and high robustness is becoming more and more in-depth.The goal of this paper is to develop an automatic target reporting system based on shock wave positioning,which has higher accuracy,stronger practicability and robustness.The automatic target reporting system based on shock positioning adopts piezoelectric sensors with high integration,small volume,low cost,reliable and rapid information processing and high safety factor to collect shock signals,which can effectively report targets in poor visibility and complex electromagnetic interference environments.In order to reduce the cost and improve the accuracy and robustness of the automatic target reporting system based on shock wave positioning,the following research work is carried out in this paper:(1)According to the aerodynamic analysis of projectile shock wave,a positioning mathematical model based on time difference of arrival(TDOA)analysis is established to locate the impact point coordinates.(2)The sensor array is optimized by means of mechanism analysis and simulation experiment.Based on the analysis of shock attenuation characteristics,the equivalent shock velocity is proposed to replace the sound velocity constant in the positioning model to calculate the impact point coordinates,so as to reduce the positioning error caused by shock attenuation effect.(3)Aiming at the problem that the wind vector in the environment will have a great impact on the positioning accuracy,a wind correction algorithm is proposed to compensate the impact of the wind vector on the positioning accuracy by analyzing the mechanism of the impact of the wind vector on the shock wave propagation in the sensor array in detail.(4)In order to process the shock wave signal,capture the time difference and monitor the target reporting system,the intelligent data acquisition system is designed and developed in this paper.The development work includes hardware selection,hardware circuit schematic drawing,PCB design and software design of related chips.(5)The upper computer software to realize the overall monitoring function of the system is developed,and finally a complete automatic target reporting system based on shock wave positioning is constructed.The effectiveness of the positioning technique based on the sensor array optimization method and the equivalent shock velocity calculation method proposed in this paper,as well as the effectiveness of the wind correction algorithm are verified by a complete system test.The in-depth study of the automatic target reporting system based on shock wave positioning can provide great value for the military light weapons shooting training.
