In the modern shooting training,the accurate detection of the impact point has very important practical significance for correcting the shooting process and improving the training level.Although currently existing shock wave position automatic indication of shots device used in the range of training,but the existing automatic indication of shots device indication of shots there are inclined incidence is low precision,poor anti-jamming system running indication of shots stability problem is not suitable for use in practical training,therefore,this article is based on shock wave propagation path to establish the horizontal three-dimensional array error correction model,designed a set of suitable for indoor and outdoor device such as a severe environment of small-bore bullet automatic indication of shots and effectively solve the interference problem in the process of shock wave positioning,sending indication of shots to improve the indication of shots of the system accuracy and stability.Firstly,the generation,propagation characteristics and frequency characteristics of projectile shock waves are analyzed,and the interference problem in the operation of the shock wave positioning automatic target reporting device is theoretically analyzed,which lays a foundation for the establishment of the positioning model of small-caliber ammunition automatic target reporting device as well as the design of hardware and software of the automatic target reporting system.Secondly,the mathematical model of the shock wave positioning automatic target reporting device is derived,the limitations of the existing array model in the army training are analyzed,and the main error sources in the shock wave positioning process are analyzed.For oblique incidence and wind velocity error the mathematical model of the three-dimensional matrix correction according to the number of unknown parameters in the model and practical training in practice,put forward a kind of device is suitable for small caliber bullets indication of shots of horizontal,vertical array,five yuan and model accuracy of simulation analysis,gradually optimized,determine the specific size of model,greatly enhance the system precision.Thirdly,according to the performance index of the small-calibre gun automatic target reporting test system,the overall scheme of the test system is formulated.Aiming at the demand of jamming signal and continuous measurement during target reporting,the software and hardware design of automatic target reporting device for small-caliber bullets is completed.Two-stage amplifying circuit,filter circuit,shaping circuit and double monostable circuit are used to solve the interference problem in the course of continuous shooting.Based on FPGA and MSP430 dual processor architecture to write the system software,realize the functions of delay estimation,format conversion,data cache and wireless transmission.The upper computer software based on Labview was completed,and the functions of solving and correcting projectile coordinates,saving experimental data,and saving training personnel information were realized.Finally,the function of the automatic target reporting device is verified by experiments,and the live firing test is carried out with a 5.8mm 95 mm automatic rifle in the indoor target path to verify the target reporting accuracy of the automatic target reporting system for small caliber bullets.The experimental results show that the positioning error of the impact point is less than 2.9mm,which meets the positioning accuracy of the test system.
