Shock wave overpressure is an important parameter for evaluating the damage effects of weapons and ammunition.Usually,the center of the explosion is used as a dot,and multiple points of shock wave pressure sensors are arranged on equidistant concentric circles for testing.Because the explosion is a transient process,multiple independent operating shock wave overpressure sensors must achieve accurate time synchronization to effectively collect shock wave overpressure signals.How to achieve accurate time adjustment of sensor arrays and efficient transmission of massive test data is an urgent problem to be solved in actual testing.In this paper,based on a detailed analysis of the development history of shock wave overpressure and the principle of testing,this paper proposes to solve the problems that the wired synchronous trigger signal line in the current range shock wave test is easily broken,and the wireless flash explosion trigger is easily affected by the light environment Using ARM and GPS synchronization time synchronization technology to achieve multi-point overpressure sensor running time synchronization,the time tag of data collection is unified.This paper designs and implements the functions of shock wave data collection,GPS time adjustment,SD card(Secure Digital Memory Card)storage,wireless data transmission,background data processing and display.Through simulation testing,the time synchronization accuracy of the sensor system reaches 100 ns,which fully meets the requirements of shock wave overpressure testing.When one AP(Access Point)simultaneously collects 12 terminals,the wireless data transmission rate reaches 168kbit/s.To sum up,the accurate time adjustment through ARM and GPS combined with the SD card storage technology solves the technical problems faced by wired trigger collection and optical trigger collection.The high-speed Wi Fi wireless data transmissionnetwork improves the transmission efficiency of massive data and is small.Lay a solid foundation for the practical application of shock wave test arrays with high power consumption,low power consumption,intelligence and networking.
