Study On The Design Of Arcade Street In High-rise Settlements In Macau

The arcades were popularized in modern times in my country.They were widely used in Hong Kong,Macao and southern cities in the early 20 th century to provide pedestrians with space for shade and rain,diversion of people and vehicles,and interpersonal stay.Traditional arcades are being discussed more and more as historical buildings.The arcades seem to become a collective memory and gradually fade out of modern life.When we walk on the streets of the modern city of Macau,it is not difficult to find that the arcades are reproduced in life in a simple and modern form.Its adaptability is not only limited to commercial buildings,but also expanded to large-scale commercial and residential buildings and residential buildings.The use mode is flexible and rich,so that the advantages of the "place spirit" and "climate adaptability" of the arcade can be fully exerted.In order to understand the mature and effective mode of use of Macau's modern arcades in high-rise residential areas,and the policy guarantees for its design and implementation,and to summarize relevant experience strategies for the reference of Macao's new city planning and similar climate zones,this article launches the following sections of research.This article first sorts out the development history and regulations of Macau's arcades based on historical literature research,summarizes the characteristics and laws of the development of arcades in different periods,and concludes that the development of Macau's modern arcades has the characteristics of simultaneous development from bottom to top and top to bottom;in the whole On the basis of the survey,according to the distribution rules and characteristics of Qilou streets in high-rise residential areas in Macao,Qilou streets are divided into outward-facing Qilou streets facing the urban environment and inward-looking Qilou streets facing the residential environment.It is divided into grid-shaped and linear arcade streets,and the introverted type is divided into inner-loop and inner street arcade streets.Then adopt chart statistics,comparative analysis and other methods for different types of arcades,analyze the basic conditions of various types of arcades in terms ofplanning,layout,spatial form,and structural treatment,and summarize their continuity,accessibility,diversity,and compoundness.The salient features in such aspects as the combination of the arcade and the main building in the combination of planes and sections,and finally summarizing the application scope of the different planning layouts of the arcade streets,have built the construction experience of the arcade in high-rise residential areas.The conclusion shows that the outward-facing arcades facing the urban environment have good continuity and accessibility,of which the grid-shaped arcades are suitable for more homogeneous high-density blocks,and the linear arcades are suitable for strengthening the landscape axis;the inwards facing the residential environment Qiqilou Note has good ecological buffering,softening and active surrounding interface.Among them,the inner-ring Qilou is suitable for enclosed and peripheral layout residential areas,creating a neighborhood with a suitable scale,positive shape,friendly and friendly,and forming a small surface The square and the inner street-style arcade are suitable for the residential layout of the platoon,creating a small-scale,multi-level,cool and comfortable residential pedestrian street.
