In recent years,with the continuous growth of China’s population,the number of high-rise buildings is also showing a rapid growth trend.At present,the number of high-rise buildings has reached more than half of China’s construction.However,the fire protection design and safety management of high-rise civil buildings in China is not mature.Most of the high-rise civil buildings are centralized residences,with dense layout and high vertical height.In case of a fire,the fire will extend quickly,and it is difficult to put out the fire,which will lead to major casualties.Based on this background,this paper takes how to effectively rescue the public in high-rise indoor fire.Through the psychological and behavior of people in the fire,combined with disaster environment,on the basis of meeting the safety standards,according to the existing fire equipment and technical conditions,the function,integration of fire escape equipment The user needs and technical conditions of product research and development are analyzed and summarized to obtain great improvement and improvement and innovation.Hope that through this design and research,we can provide reference for the future rescue product design,and better promote the escape device products to each high-rise building environment.For this reason,the following aspects are mainly carried out.Firstly,the development trend of high-rise civil buildings and the existing escape devices at home and abroad are analyzed,and the classification of the application of escape products in different environments is summarized.Based on the multi-channel user survey,the author focuses on the types of escape devices in the current market,and considers the needs of different people to escape from disasters,including the safety needs of people in mind;Daily environmental needs;The demand of self rescue function and other requirements are analyzed and summarized.Then,the escape device suitable for high-rise civil buildings is designed by using the three elements of environment,human and product,which provides an efficient product design platform,mechanism structure and basic principle for the future emergency escape.So as to improve and perfect the escape device,from passive rescue support to active improvement and perfection of the reality,improve the use and storage form of the escape device of high-rise civil buildings in China,provide safe escape rescue device for high-rise building people in the early stage of dangerous events,and help urban people escape efficiently and safely.Finally,in the aspect of product design and exploration,combined with the existing existing escape products and the design trend of concept escape products,a set of perfect escape device design scheme is proposed in terms of ergonomics and design elements of escape device products.The design practice of escape devices is carried out,and a large number of specific corresponding design and verification are carried out for the scheme structure,The FEA of ABAQUS and ANSYS Workbench is used to illustrate the feasibility of the escape device.So that the future rescue and support operations more quickly and safely.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the design and research of rescue support products for various types of hazards.
