Since the 21st century, the high-speed development of the society brings the speeding up of urbanization and the increase of population density and the living space of traditional architecture can not meet the need of modern people’s life. To meet the demand of people’s life, the development of high-rise building rapidly.It not only brings the prosperity and development of social economy but also with the disasters occur frequently, especially in the fire. It is the problem that high-rise building fire escape evacuation,fire control facilities and equipment to escape cannot keep pace with the development of the high-rise buildings. When the fire broke out, people suffers a great test on physiology and psychology, buildings fire prevention performance and the design pattern influent the spread of fire, the complexity of the personnel structure and unified safety evacuation capacity and so on, these effect cause adverse consequences, causing heavy casualties for high-rise building fire evacuation. A large number of studies have shown that reducing escape evacuation distance, speed up the evacuation of personnel is the assurance of safety evacuation. So the one can be applied to a variety of people, without being limited by the building height of individual survival equipment, in the shortest travel distance, the quickest safety evacuation speed, and safety evacuation, to escape from harm or personnel to minimize the extent of damage, and social harmonious development of the personal safety of staff make a significant contribution.In this paper, first of all, understands the status quo of existing escape device and analyzes the dangers of high-rise building fire. From human factors and environmental factors what affect personnel escape evacuation conclude that the abundance of personnel escape evacuation time plays a decisive role in whether safety evacuation. To shorten the escape evacuation time,putting forward a way of evacuation that land from the window or balcony directly and vertically and design scheme of safety evacuation device using air bag buffer energy absorbing characteristics that considers from reducing escape evacuation distance and speed up the evacuation to shorten the escape evacuation time. To analyze the airbag technology from the perspective of kinematics, dynamics and thermodynamics and establish a mathematical model of the air bag compression buffer energy absorption process which provide basis for cushion airbag design. The escape device in this topic is divided into the portable system, buffer system, pneumatic system and emergency response system from portability, simple operation, environmental adaptability, high efficiency, safety and economic applicability, etc. And design the subsystem. The paper models the escape device from using the 3D modeling software, simulates and analyzes the cushion process of the cushion airbag to check the airbag cushion energy absorption effect.This topic research high-rise escape device can shorten the escape evacuation time as much as possible. It is suitable for more people, more construction environment. And it has a certain economic applicability, and can meet the needs of the vast majority of families. It has great significance to the evacuation of high-rise building and broad application prospects.
