With the rapid development of China's economy, the number of high-rise buildings is growing. However, the subsequent fire escape problem of high-rise buildings has become a very serious issue.According to the statistics released by the Fire Bureau of China,in the past five years, more than 300,000 fire incidents occur every year in China. And thousands of people were died or injured in fire which caused huge losses in the lives and property. In view of the escape problem of high-rise building fires, this thesis firstly analyzes the main and objective factors that affect the escape of high-rise building fire, and investigates the now existing escape methods.Using the Internet of Things technology, systematic research on the escape mode and technical system of fire was carried out.Secondly, through the analysis and research on the principle and frame of the Internet of Things, and the detailed investigation of relevant application cases, the following three functional principles of the high-rise fire escape system are formulated: monitoring fire information, issuing fire alarms and using terminal to escape. Finally, the design practice of the shape,human-machine relationship, terminal material and the escape route interface of the intelligent terminal is carried out.Through the research on the high-rise fire escape system, people can quickly learn the fire danger and help people quickly choose the correct escape route, shorten the reaction time as much as possible, and at the same time alleviate people's panic. The use of Internet of Things technology provides a new idea and method for high-rise building fire escape, and provides a case reference for the application of Internet of Things technology in life.
