In the context of the national dual carbon target,the construction industry as the main position of carbon emissions by all walks of life attention.Among them,the prefabricated building supported by building information modeling(BIM)technology leads the construction industry to develop towards new technology and new process.In this paper,prefabricated concrete structure building is taken as the research object,starting from each stage of the whole life of the building,mining the modern building construction technology combining BIM and assembly;This paper studies the construction management of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology in the whole life of design,production,construction,operation and maintenance,and further explores the application of intelligent technology and information technology in the whole life of prefabricated buildings.This paper first introduces the concept of the whole life construction process of prefabricated buildings,analyzes in detail the whole life construction mode of prefabricated buildings in the four stages of design,production,construction,operation and maintenance,summarizes the key points of prefabricated building construction,and lays a foundation for the research of prefabricated building informatization.Secondly,from the level of information technology,detailed analysis of BIM technology in the stage of prefabricated building design planning analysis and design,scheme co-design,construction drawing design,precast component in-depth design;Intelligent production and transportation tracking and positioning in component production stage;Construction stage planning,construction process quality,progress,safety,cost information management;Research on space planning,equipment maintenance,safety management and energy consumption analysis in operation and maintenance stage.Explore and form the theoretical application framework of BIM technology in the whole life construction process of prefabricated building,laying a foundation for BIM technology in the practice of prefabricated building engineering.Finally taking a prefabricated building residential cases,in the BIM technology application under the guidance of the theoretical system of whole life period,specific solutions of project in the model design,component production,construction management,operation and maintenance problems from four aspects,implementation projects to improve construction quality of the finished product,shorten the construction period,improve safety and reduce capital investment value.This article through the BIM technology application in prefabricated building whole lifetime to build theory system,and under the theory system of guidance to complete a Beijing prefabricated housing construction.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical reference and experience for the application of BIM technology in the whole life of assembly buildings in the future.Figure [59] table [13] reference [65]...
