With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for the quality of life,China began to pay attention to the research of external wall insulation and energy saving related technologies.At present,based on building energy saving and structural integration technology,the external disassembly composite insulation template has been widely used.Because of external wall from inadequate research of composite insulation template fitting,fitting parameter selection is not reasonable,lead to avoid split wall thermal insulation template empty drum,fall off,such as the quality and safety accident frequency,there is no guarantee that exterior wall thermal insulation and buildings are the same as life,choose reasonable parameters of free open wall thermal insulation template fitting for external wall thermal insulation engineering has important application value..Combined with the engineering practice of the use of non-disassembly composite thermal insulation formwork for external wall in the north area of the organ compound compound of China Iron Fourth Engineering Bureau,the structural characteristics of the non-disassembly composite thermal insulation formwork and connectors of external wall and the connection mode between the thermal insulation formwork and the basic wall are analyzed by means of theoretical analysis,experimental research,engineering analogy and numerical simulation.The key points of connection design and construction and the failure forms in the process of using the composite insulation formwork for external wall without demolition.Based on the calculation of the tensile and shear capacity of the connecting pieces of the composite insulation formwork for external wall without demolition under the combined action of wind load and earthquake load,the number of anchor bolts,diameter of anchor bolts,anchor length of anchor bolts and row distance between the connecting pieces required per unit area of concrete base wall in different building heights were determined.By establishing the fittings are in the process of using the wind load and earthquake load combination effect and insulation board numerical model considering the gravity and fittings tensile test,determine the different building height under the action of wind load and earthquake load combination fittings bolt diameter,thickness of the disk,the material parameter selection,provide the basis for the engineering application.Research shows that:(1)Theoretical analysis of the five types of failure of the general external wall disassembly composite insulation system,the disc of the connector is the most prone to failure,when the external insulation system is stable,the anchoring force of the anchor bolt is slightly greater than the disc pulling force,the disc pulling force and the anchor bolt anchoring force are greater than the combined effect of wind load and seismic load on the insulation board;(2)Based on the external insulation project of China Tiesi Engineering Group Co.,LTD.,the total shear failure capacity of anchor bolts of connectors per unit area is greater than the dead weight of the external insulation system per unit area,and no shear failure of anchor bolts will occur in the external insulation system;(3)The standard value of the drawing capacity of a single anchor bolt is greater than the requirements of the code.On the premise that no concrete damage occurs at the contact surface between the anchor bolt of the connector and the concrete base wall,only the anchor bolt damage occurs,the diameter of Q345B metal anchor bolt is 14mm and the anchor length is 50mm;(4)The test results show that the standard value of the pull-out bearing capacity of a single bolt is FR=9.444k N,the theoretical value of the anchoring force of a single bolt is T=8.924,and the actual standard value of the pull-out bearing capacity exceeds the theoretical value by 5.83%.The standard value of the drawing force of a single anchor bolt is FR=9.444k N,the standard value of the drawing capacity of a single disc is FRK=1.985k N,the standard value of the drawing force of a single anchor bolt is FRmore than 4 times of the standard value of the drawing capacity of a single disc is FRK,and the disc is destroyed before the anchor bolt.;(5)The simulation results show that the most reasonable thickness h=3mm,diameter D=90mm,the most reasonable connector disk material of polyethylene,polypropylene,nylon is the most reasonable connector disk material;(6)The row distance between the connecting pieces is analyzed according to the deflection calculation theory of the four-sided simply supported bidirectional plate.When the basic wind pressure acting on the insulation template isω0=1.5k N/m~2,the building height H=20-60m,the number of connecting pieces is n=4,and the row distance between the connecting pieces of the insulation board is La×Lb=1200mm×400mm per unit area.The building height H=60-100m,the number of connecting pieces n=5,and the row distance between connecting pieces of insulation board is La×Lb=1080mm×400mm per unit area.Based on the national basic wind pressure range,the calculation of the number of anchor bolts per unit area under the combined action of wind load and seismic load in different building height ranges conforms to the principle of"more
