Wind and earthquake are natural phenomenon, but its are also the main reasons affecting structural engineering. China and Vietnam are the high population density countries. Because of the economic and technological development, the application of the construction work has established more and more. In the design of building structures, wind and seismic loads values are important design factors. Wind and seismic fortification purpose are to reduce the damage to the building structure, to avoid human casualties and to reduce economic losses. In order to get the result, engineering experts and designers of two countries must continue to improve their own national standards and use different extent measures. With joining the WTO and having more and more foreign cooperation, the cooperation between China and Vietnam also increased. However, many differences between win and seismic load in load standards of two countries have made big affect in cooperation. These differences are not only conducive to cooperation between the two countries, but also help improve the quality of construction projects in each country. Therefore, by using researches and analysis, this thesis gave to the cooperations of two countries some practical significances. To compare the relative specifications of two countries building wind load and seismic load standard, thesis showed the differences between two standards. On the basis of comprehensive understanding of the specification status and the direction of international development, Vietnam win load and seismic load standard modified, and on basis of this understanding thesis helped Vietnamese relative designers in many aspects. The main comparative study:1) Comparative study of wind load between China and Vietnam load standards.2) Comparative study of seismic load between China and Vietnam load standards: Base shear method, response spectrum method, time history analysis, pushover analysis method.3) Finally, this thesis summarized and raised the needs for further study of the issues and related recommendations...
