With the rapid development of our country’s economy and people’s living standards improve,the world’s energy increasingly scarce,building energy conservation is increasingly important,insulation and construction technology of free open composite insulation template has been widely used in the construction engineering,but as a result of external wall from low bearing performance analysis of composite insulation template,construction and safety problems have occurred in the course of using,Choosing a reasonable method to analyze the bearing capacity of the wall detachable composite insulation formwork and calculating a reasonable model to determine the thick Ness of the wall detachable formwork have extensive engineering application value.In this paper,combined with the engineering practice of the non-demolition compound thermal insulation formwork of the north wall of the government compound compound of China Railway Fourth Engineering Bureau,the concrete side pressure and the combination of wind load and earthquake load borne by the non-demolition compound thermal insulation formwork during the construction process are analyzed by the method of theoretical analysis,experimental research and numerical simulation.During the construction process,the mechanical properties of the formwork were measured by compression test and pile load test,and the reasonable thickness of the formwork was determined by comparing the row distance between the main and secondary corrugations and analyzing the different calculation models such as simply supported beam,multi-span continuous beam and one-way plate.The mechanical properties of the formwork were measured by freezing and thawing resistance test and weather resistance test.The reasonable thickness of exterior wall composite insulation formwork was determined based on the strength,stiffness and mechanical properties of formwork.According to the construction situation in different areas of China and the different combination of wind load and seismic action,the reasonable thickness range is determined,which provides the basis for engineering application.Conclusion as below:(1)According to the energy saving standard of Anhui Province and thermal performance analysis,the thickness of insulation layer h=30mm.(2)In the construction process,according to the dimensions and mechanical properties of the primary and secondary corrugates,the space between the primary and secondary corrugates is determined as a × b =200mm×500mm,and the reasonable thickness of the template is determined as h =65mm for the Project of China Railway Fourth Engineering Bureau.By analyzing different construction conditions,the reasonable thickness of the template is determined as h =55mm-75 mm.(3)In the process of use,the compression strength and elastic modulus of the template are reduced by about 43% and 22% by freeze-thaw test,and the compression strength and elastic modulus of the template are reduced by about 47% and 25% by weather resistance test.On the basis of the reduction of mechanical properties,it is verified that the thickness of the formwork determined in the construction process meets the safety performance requirements under the combined action of wind load and earthquake.Based on the determination of the thickness of the formwork determined by the side pressure generated by fresh concrete during construction,the reasonable thickness range of the formwork is obtained as h=55mm-75 mm,and the value of the thickness of the formwork is generally h=55mm-90 mm.(4)In the process of use through the strength and stiffness mechanical properties analysis of the template,the design of the number of connecting pieces is 5 per square meter,the design of connecting pieces of plum pattern layout,the calculated spacing of the layout is a × b =600mm×600mm.Through theoretical analysis,the feasibility of determining the reasonable thickness of the template in the construction process is verified in the case of connecting piece design.ABAQUS software was used to simulate two situations.The template thickness h=65mm determined by the project and the minimum template thickness h=55mm under different conditions were subjected to the maximum load during use to meet the safety performance requirements.Figure [62] Table [26] reference [62]...
